摘要: Pumpable slurry compositions comprising at least one aluminosilicate additive and optional pozzolanic cement additives and methods for improving development of compressive strengths in the pumpable cement slurry compositions are disclosed herein. The methods utilize one or more pumpable cement slurry compositions comprising at least one cement component, water, at least one first aluminosilicate additive, at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive, and one or more optional pozzolanic additives, wherein the at least one first aluminosilicate additive has an amorphous phase of greater than about 50% and a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.0 to about 2.5, and the at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive has a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.7 to about 3.3.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the building industry and in particular to a block for use in automated building construction. In one aspect, the block comprises a generally cuboid body having a top and a base, a length extending between a pair of opposed ends, and a width extending between a pair of opposed sides; the body including a plurality of hollow cores extending from said top to said base, and arranged in a row between said opposed ends; wherein each core has a rectilinear cross-sectional shape; and wherein the thickness of the block between each pair of adjacent cores is at least double the thickness of the block on all other sides of each core, so that the block is divisible into a plurality of substantially identical block portions, each portion including four walls of substantially uniform wall thickness about its core.

摘要: A method for preparing Portland cement includes: respectively weighing iron slag, copper slag, vanadium slag, and nickel slag and grinding, to yield prefabricated iron slag, prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag; weighing mica and kaolinite, mixing, and grinding to obtain aluminous raw materials; evenly mixing the prefabricated iron slag and the aluminous raw materials, and calcining, to yield an iron-aluminum eutectic mineral; weighing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz, evenly mixing the marble, fluorite, dolomite, and quartz with the prefabricated copper slag, prefabricated vanadium slag, and prefabricated nickel slag to yield a first mixture; grinding the iron-aluminum eutectic mineral to yield powders, and calcining a second mixture of the first mixture and the powders, to yield the cement clinker; and cooling the cement clinker, and grinding a third mixture of the cooled cement clinker and the gypsum, to yield the Portland cement.

摘要: The present application belongs to the technical field of civil and architectural engineering materials, and in particular relates to an environmental and low-carbon foamed lightweight soil prepared by using CO2 and MgO as raw materials. Raw material compositions of the carbon sequestration foamed lightweight soil include, in parts by weight, 10 to 200 parts of MgO, 10 to 100 parts of a filler, 2 to 45 parts of a CO2 bubble cluster and 20 to 400 parts of water. The present application is made in view of the problems of large carbon emission and serious energy consumption caused by a cement solidification agent used in traditional foamed lightweight soil.

The comb polymer includes: at least one poly(alkylene oxide) side chain-bearing monomer unit without ionic groups, optionally at least one cationic monomer unit, optionally at least one anionic monomer unit, and optionally, at least one non-ionic monomer unit, wherein a molar ratio of the cationic monomer units to the side chain-bearing monomer units is equal to or less than 10, a molar ratio of the anionic monomer units to the side chain-bearing monomer units is less than 1, and a molar ratio of the non-ionic monomer units to the side chain-bearing monomer units is less than 5.
