摘要: To form graphene to a practically even thickness on an object having an uneven surface or a complex surface, in particular, an object having a surface with a three-dimensional structure due to complex unevenness, or an object having a curved surface. The object and an electrode are immersed in a graphene oxide solution, and voltage is applied between the object and the electrode. At this time, the object serves as an anode. Graphene oxide is attracted to the anode because of being negatively charged, and deposited on the surface of the object to have a practically even thickness. A portion where graphene oxide is deposited is unlikely coated with another graphene oxide. Thus, deposited graphene oxide is reduced to graphene, whereby graphene can be formed to have a practically even thickness on an object having surface with complex unevenness.

摘要: A heat recovery device including: a warm-water bath storing warm water and a drying chamber, wherein warm exhausted air from the chamber heats the water includes: an exhaust duct that the exhausted air from the chamber to the outside air passes; an exhaust bypass duct between two positions in the exhaust duct; a circulation pipe through which the water circulates; a heat exchanger provided generates air in the bypass duct to be absorbed by water in the circulation pipe; a warm-water bypass pipe between two positions downstream to the heat exchanger in the circulation pipe or between one position downstream to the heat exchanger in the circulation pipe and the warm-water bath; a heatsink provided at the bypass pipe; a first distribution-changing valve for distribution of air flowing from the exhaust duct to the exhaust bypass duct; and a second distribution valve for distributing water to the bypass pipe.

摘要: Methods are provided for forming a coating on a surface of a substrate. The method may include: applying a negative charge to the surface of the substrate; electrophoretically depositing a slurry layer onto the surface of the substrate; and densifying the slurry layer on the surface of the substrate at a sintering temperature to form a sintered layer of the coating. The slurry layer may include a plurality of EBC material particles, a cationic polyelectrolyte, a plurality of polymeric binder particles, and a solvent. The plurality of EBC material particles may comprise barium strontium aluminosilicate (BSAS), mullite, silicon, rare earth compounds, or combinations thereof.

摘要: An electrodeposition coating method includes a degreasing/cleaning step, a chemical conversion step, and an electrodeposition coating layer formation step. The electrodeposition coating layer formation step includes: a first electrodeposition step; a first rinsing step; a rinse water removal/reduction step of removing or reducing rinse water on a rinse water stagnating surface of the target object; a thermal flow step of allowing the first electrodeposition coating film to thermally flow so that the first electrodeposition coating film formed on a portion of the target object near a first counter electrode has a higher electrical resistance than the first electrodeposition coating film formed on a portion of the target object far from the first counter electrode; and a second electrodeposition step.

摘要: A coating system includes an electrocoat (e-coat) bath having an e-coat fluid with a first amount of dissolved gases, a plurality of ultrasonic transducers mounted on at least two sides of the e-coat bath, a carrier frame and control circuitry. The control circuitry is configured to control a trajectory of a metal part dipped in the e-coat bath using the carrier frame, control the plurality of ultrasonic transducers to direct a plurality of acoustic waves at a defined ultrasonic operating frequency and at a first intensity to cause a plurality of localized pressure drops in the e-coat fluid, the first amount of dissolved gases is reduced or removed as bubbles from the e-coat fluid of the e-coat bath based on the directed plurality of acoustic waves, and increase the first intensity of the directed plurality of acoustic waves over a defined time period to accelerate dispersion of an e-coat pigment.

摘要: A coating-material drying method for drying a coating film of a coating material applied to a vehicle body by electrodeposition coating includes: an irradiation step of applying an electromagnetic wave to the coating material staying in a gap formed in the vehicle body to decrease the viscosity of the coating material such that the coating material flows out from the gap; and a drying step of drying and hardening the coating film by heating the vehicle body after the irradiation step. In the irradiation step, a part of the vehicle body is kept at a temperature less than 110° C., the part being a part where the coating material flowing out from the gap flows.
