摘要: A woven fabric formed of fabric fibers or threads coated with a hydrogel, wherein said hydrogel is not crosslinked or is partially crosslinked to the fabric fibers or thread, wherein the hydrogel has a number of excess reactive molecules that are available for a reaction with one or more molecules solvated in an aqueous solution, and wherein the reactive molecules of the hydrogel can reversibly bond with the molecules solvated in an aqueous solution, such that the reactive molecules of the hydrogel attract the molecules solvated in aqueous solution when the hydrogel coated fabric substrate is exposed to an aqueous solution.

摘要: Provided is a sheet molding compound having excellent thick portion-molding properties that can inhibit the occurrence of internal cracks even during the molding of a thick portion and enables a carbon fiber composite material molded article to be excellently released from a die. Also provided is a carbon fiber composite material molded article. The sheet molding compound of the present invention contains a fiber substrate (A) containing carbon fiber and a thermosetting resin composition (B), in which an average fiber length of the carbon fiber is 5 mm or more, and a volumetric molding shrinkage rate of the thermosetting resin composition (B) is 0.5% or more and 4.4% or less. Furthermore, the carbon fiber composite material molded article of the present invention has a thick portion having a thickness of 10 mm or more, in which the thick portion is formed of a cured material of the sheet molding compound of the present invention.

The composite profile is a graphene oxide/polypropylene-based reinforced plain weave composite resin material, which is a heat-resistant high-strength composite profile prepared from a graphene oxide/polypropylene-based woven plain weave fabric and a fiber heat-insulating material which are made into a layered spacing structure composite flat net, and a resin composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a graphene oxide/polypropylene-based woven plain weave fabric; preparation of a graphene oxide/polypropylene-based reinforced plain weave composite material; preparation of a multilayer graphene oxide/polypropylene-based reinforced plain weave composite material; and preparation of a resin composite material. The present invention has the advantages of convenient operation and excellent properties.

摘要: A fiber cord for reinforcement has an adhesive treatment agent attached to a surface thereof and includes, in an inner layer part thereof, two kinds of compounds each having a molecular weight of less than 1,000. The main compound is an aromatic compound or contains an α-dicarboxylic acid component, and the other compound is an aliphatic compound or an alicyclic compound. It is preferable that the adhesive treatment agent is a resorcin-formalin-latex-based adhesive, that the fiber cord includes a twisted synthetic fiber, that the aromatic compound is a heterocyclic compound, that the main compound is located only in the inner layer part of the fiber cord, that a compound having a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer structure is present, and that no latex is present in the inner layer part of the fiber cord. This fiber cord is produced through a two-stage treatment with a pre-treatment liquid and adhesive treatment liquid.
