摘要: In accordance with a method for assembling a rotor bearing arrangement of a wind turbine, individual slide bearing pads are inserted in the bearing block. The bearing block fitted with the slide bearing pads is then joined to a rotor block. During the joining of the rotor shaft and of the bearing block fitted with the slide bearing pads, the rotor shaft may be installed on a rotor shaft support so as to be vertically upright. A rotor shaft flange of the rotor shaft may rest on the rotor shaft support. The bearing block fitted with the slide bearing pads may be placed upon the rotor shaft vertically from above.

摘要: Provided is a strut bearing including an upper case and a lower case that are made of a synthetic resin, and an engaging portion for preventing separation of components which are free from any stress exerted thereon during assembly. The strut bearing includes an outwardly-projecting piece row on an inner diameter side of an upper case, and an inwardly-projecting piece row on an inner diameter side of a lower case. Within a relative pivoting range of the upper and lower cases in a use state of the strut bearing, a detachment preventing engagement portion for preventing the upper and lower cases from being separated from each other in the axial direction is provided. Within a predetermined angle range outside the relative pivoting range, the detachment preventing engagement portion is not present.

摘要: A tapered roller bearing (31a) has a plurality of retainer segments (11a, 11d) each having a pocket to house a tapered roller (34a), and arranged so as to be continuously lined with each other in a circumferential direction between an outer ring (32a) and an inner ring (33a). The retainer segment (11a, 11d) is formed of a resin containing a filler material to lower a thermal linear expansion coefficient. In addition, a clearance (39a) is provided between the first retainer segment (11a) and the last retainer segment (11d) after the plurality of retainer segments (11a, 11d) have been arranged in the circumferential direction without providing any clearance. Here a circumferential range (R) of the clearance (39a) is larger than 0.075% of a circumference of a circle passing through a center of the retainer segment (11a, 11d) and smaller than 0.12% thereof at room temperature.
