The cam clutch includes a plurality of cams set between a first race member and a second race member. The first race member and second race member are spaced away in the axial direction along the rotation axis of the first race member. The plurality of cams are disposed between the first race member and the second race member in the axial direction, and the first race member and the second race member are configured to be able to move relatively closer to and away from each other in the axial direction.

摘要: A cage freewheel for installation into the clamping gap of a shaft/hub connection, in particular in an e-bike drive, includes an annular cage with, following one another in the circumferential direction, bearing rollers for mounting the hub and the shaft together, and clamping bodies arranged pivotably in the cage. The clamping bodies block a relative movement between the shaft and the hub in a frictionally locking manner in one rotational direction, and allow rotation in the other rotational direction, and are spring-loaded in the coupling direction by an annular spring which extends around the row of the clamping bodies in a slot in the radially outer surface of the clamping bodies. The bearing rollers are arranged in each case in pairs in associated pockets of the cage on both sides of the annular spring. Here, the bearing rollers are received in a positively locking manner in the associated pockets.

摘要: A non-backdrivable clutched module for a bi-directional actuator such as actuators used for active aerodynamics on vehicles. The module has both a stopper mode and a clutch mode. During the stopper mode a back-driving force gets diverted away from the actuator using a locking bearing member. If the force is too great a clutch mode will disengage the back-driving force completely from the shaft connected to the actuator, thereby preventing damage to the actuator.

摘要: A drive system for driving a movable flow body is disclosed having a drive unit, a shaft, a torque sensing device, a no-back friction unit, and an axial bearing. The drive unit is coupled with the shaft to rotate the shaft, the torque sensing device is coupled with at least one of the drive unit and the shaft to detect a torque transferred from the drive unit into the shaft, the no-back friction unit is arranged between the axial bearing and an axial support means of the shaft, such that an axial load of the shaft is supported by the axial bearing, and the no-back friction unit is configured to substantially not counteract a rotation of the shaft in a first direction of rotation of the shaft and to apply a friction-induced additional torque to the shaft in an opposite second direction of rotation.

摘要: A failsafe multimode clutch assembly is positioned in a powertrain of a rotorcraft. The clutch assembly includes a freewheeling unit having input and output races. The freewheeling unit has a driving mode in which torque applied to the input race is transferred to the output race and an overrunning mode in which torque applied to the output race is not transferred to the input race. A bypass assembly has an engaged position that couples the input and output races of the freewheeling unit. An actuator assembly must be energized to shift the bypass assembly from the engaged position to a disengaged position. In the disengaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit is enabled such that the clutch assembly is configured for unidirectional torque transfer. In the engaged position, the overrunning mode of the freewheeling unit is disabled such that the clutch assembly is configured for bidirectional torque transfer.
