    摘要: An axial piston pump including a housing, a cylinder block, and a swash block. The cylinder block is rotatable within the housing about a vertical axis and includes an array of openings in the cylinder block distributed about the vertical axis and an array of pistons reciprocatably movable within the respective openings. The swash block is rotatable about an axis of rotation that is transverse to the vertical axis, and the degree of rotation is configured to control the extent of reciprocation of the pistons as the cylinder block rotates. The swash block has arc shape conical bearing surfaces tilted relative to the axis of rotation that are configured to guide movement of the swash block rotationally about the axis of rotation and prevent movement of the swash block axially along the axis of rotation.

    摘要: The torque converter includes an elongate housing having a main section and a collar section. A piston assembly is reciprocable inside the main section. A plurality of elongate helical bolts with outer helix extends axially from one side of a piston. The opposite side of the piston is entirely exposed to hydraulic forces to maximize potential work thereon. The helical bolts are mated with a rotator in a helical rotation assembly, converting linear motion into rotation, each mated pair generating a given torque. A torque accumulator combines the given torque to generate total output torque greater than the given torque. One or more output endcaps can be provided on the ends of the housing to produce work from the greater output torque.

    摘要: This invention consists of the addition of a novel clutch arrangement which facilitates speed changing gears on both the output and input of the transmission and provides for a compact packaging configuration for a plurality of hydraulic pump/motors. The use of a small accumulator without a valve and a related reservoir absorbs the pressure shocks from rapidly opening and closing the valves that that select or de-select the pump/motors. It is also disclosed that two adjacent pump/motors on the same shaft can be constructed such that they share an input or output port thereby reducing the size of the combination. The transmission can perform the retarder function by placing a flow retarding valve in the re-circulating path in one or more of the pump/motors.

    摘要: Disclosed is a transmission device for work vehicles, said transmission device being capable of being used with high-horsepower engines, without an accompanying loss of power transmission efficiency or fuel economy. The transmission device is provided with: an input shaft (20) that transmits power from an engine (3); a continuously-variable transmission (40) that is disposed on the input shaft (20) and outputs power transmitted from the input shaft (20), steplessly converting the speed thereof; and a reversing clutch device (50) that outputs, either in a forward rotational direction or a reverse rotational direction, power outputted from the continuously-variable transmission (40). The reversing clutch device (50) can be selectively switched, and the gear ratio can be steplessly changed by the continuously-variable transmission (40).

    摘要: Hydrostatic transmission comprises a radial piston pump assembly having an axis of rotation and a gear motor. A hydrostatic fluid pathway extends between the gear motor and the radial piston pump such that the gear motor is fluidly coupled to the radial piston pump, wherein the gear motor comprises at least one gear which is capable of being rotatably driven by a fluid being transported along the fluid pathway. Preferably, a piston guide retains the piston heads against the corresponding slippers without requiring any kind of direct mechanical linkage to maintain such coupling. The present invention further provides a hydraulic shock absorber which absorbs pressure pulses generated by a rotating rotary cylinder block of a radial piston assembly, which may be either a pump or a motor.

    摘要: A hydrostatic transmission having a pump and a motor of the radial piston type with each cylinder slipper bearing rotatably supported by a hybrid or combination hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearing on an internal bearing. The hydrostatic bearing component has a restricted port connecting hydrostatic pressure fluid from the cylinder to supply a distribution recess in the slipper bearing surface for hydrostatic pressure feed of the fluid film providing hydrostatic balancing pressure gradient between the slipper and internal bearing to balance a high percentage of the hydrostatic pressure load and to meet flow requirements for low speed operation. The hydrodynamic bearing component has a low pressure source to spray fluid on the internal bearing, annular dams on each side retaining fluid on the internal bearing, and a taper at the leading edge of the slipper bearing to force fluid into the bearing clearance and provide a hydrodynamic balancing pressure component and fluid flow increasing with speed to balance the centrifugal load and effect balancing of the remaining hydrostatic load and to meet flow requirements which increase with speed. The total hydrostatic and hydrodynamic balancing pressure balances the total load.
