摘要: When starting raw material powder is passed through a pair of rolls (2a), plastic working is applied to the starting raw material powder, and the crystal grain diameter of a metal or alloy constituting a matrix of the powder particle after processed is miniaturized. According to the thus provided alloy powder raw material, the maximum size of the powder particle is not more than 10 mm and the minimum size of the powder particle is not less than 0.1 mm, and the maximum crystal grain diameter of the metal or alloy constituting the matrix of the powder particle is not more than 30 μm.

摘要: A belt-type stepless transmission is provided with: an input shaft; an input pulley having a stationary sheave and a movable sheave; a transmission shaft disposed parallel to the input shaft; an output pulley having a stationary sheave and a movable sheave; a belt wound around the input pulley and the pulley; an output shaft disposed coaxially with the transmission shaft; and a cam mechanism having a sheave-side cam which is provided and affixed to the movable sheave and a shaft-side cam which is provided and affixed to the output shaft and causing the sheave-side cam and the shaft-side cam to make contact with each other to thereby enable the transmission of torque between the movable sheave and the output shaft and apply an axial pressing force corresponding to the torque to the movable sheave.

摘要: In an exhaust gas purifier provided in an engine, a filter regeneration control recovering a PM collecting capacity of filter means on the basis of a chemical reaction can be efficiently executed by a simple structure. An exhaust gas purifier in accordance with the present invention is provided with a particulate filter (50) for purifying an exhaust gas arranged in an exhaust path of an engine (5), an actuation portion hydraulic pump (101) driving on the basis of a power of the engine (5), a pressure sensor (68) capable of detecting a clogging state of the particulate filter (50), and a pressure control valve (104) and a switching solenoid valve (106) for forcibly increasing an actuation amount of the actuation portion hydraulic pump (101). The filter regeneration control increasing an engine load is executed by increasing a discharge pressure of the actuation portion hydraulic pump (101) in accordance with a pressure control of the pressure control valve (104) on the basis of detection information of the pressure sensor (68).

摘要: Various works of a tractor or wheel loader that require frequent operations of start, stop, and switching between the forward drive and reverse drive that are repeated alternately can be performed very easily. The control apparatus comprises a speed change sensor that detects the step-on amount of a speed change pedal, an actuator that regulates the swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump based on the detection value of the speed change sensor, a transmission output unit rotation sensor that detects the revolution speed of an output shaft, and a control unit. The control unit performs control such that when the speed change pedal is not stepped on, a brake is applied to the travel wheels and both the forward drive clutch and the reverse drive clutch are disengaged, and also performs control such that when the transmission drive output detected with the transmission output unit rotation sensor is not more than that the forward-reverse drive switching speed, either the forward drive clutch or the reverse drive clutch is engaged as the speed change pedal is stepped on. When the engagement of the forward drive clutch or reverse drive clutch is confirmed, the brake of the travel wheels is released.

摘要: A control apparatus for a tractor or wheel loader includes a speed change sensor that detects the step-on amount of a speed change pedal, an actuator that regulates a swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump based on the detection value of the speed change sensor, a transmission output unit rotation sensor that detects the revolution speed of an output shalt, and a control unit. When the speed change pedal is not stepped on, a braking force is applied to travel wheels and both of a forward drive clutch and a reverse drive clutch are disengaged. When a transmission drive output detected with the transmission output unit rotation sensor is not more than a fixed forward or reverse drive switching speed, either the forward drive clutch or the reverse drive clutch is engaged as the speed change pedal is stepped on.

摘要: A hydraulic stepless transmission comprises a first hydraulic system. Formed in a cylinder block are first and second plunger holes that contain first and second plungers, respectively, a hydraulic closed circuit that connects the first and second plunger holes, and distributing valve holes that contain distributing valves, which switch flow direction of hydraulic fluid in the circuit. A shaft and cylinder block synchronously rotate, with the first and second plunger holes formed in parallel to the shaft, respectively, and the swash plate of the second hydraulic system is rotatably supported around the shaft. The first and second plungers are urged toward the swash plates by springs provided in the corresponding first and second plunger holes, respectively. The swash plate of the first hydraulic system is supported by an outer ring of a first combined thrust and radial bearing that supports the shaft, and the swash plate of the second hydraulic system is supported by an outer ring of a second combined thrust and radial bearing that supports the shaft. The movement of inner rings of the first and second combined thrust and radial bearings in an axial direction to the shaft is regulated.

摘要: The present invention relates to hydraulic equipment comprising input shaft (2) and output shaft; first and second plungers (8, 10) and first and second spool valves (9, 11) which are moved reciprocally axially; a cylinder block (7) which houses the plungers and spool valves and is rotated integrally with the input shaft; an input side swash plate (6) which touches the first plungers; and an output side swash plate (12) which touches the second plungers and is rotated integrally with the output shaft.
