摘要: Provided is a water-repellent glass member having excellent water repellency even without forming a water-repellent film on its surface. A water-repellent glass member 1 has a surface 1a with unevenness, wherein when a cutoff value of a high-pass filter λc in a 5 μm×5 μm area of the surface 1a with unevenness is 2.5 μm, a mean width RSm1 of roughness profile elements is not less than 70 nm and not more than 800 nm, and when a cutoff value of a low-pass filter λs in a 140 μm×105 μm area of the surface 1a with unevenness is 0.80 μm, a mean width RSm2 of roughness profile elements is not less than 3.0 μm and not more than 100.0 μm.

摘要: An optical element for reducing stray lights includes an antireflection film. Here, (A) indicates a resin component, (B) unevenness forming particles, (B1) inorganic small particles having a particle diameter (d1) of between 0.05 μm and 0.4 μm, (B2) inorganic-type large particles having a particle diameter (d2) of 2 μm or more and 6 μm or less, and (C) a diluent solvent. The antireflection film is a membrane formed of a liquid composition via spray coating to have a thickness of 2 to 40 μm. The liquid composition comprises at least (A), (B) and (C). The (B) is contained in an amount of 20 to 60% by mass in 100% by mass of a total amount of the total solid content in the composition. The (B) contains (B1) and (B2) in an amount of 90% by mass or more. A mass ratio of (B2) to (B1):1 is 1.8 or more and 3.3 or less.

The anti-reflective stack includes: a substrate having a first refractive index and a first surface; an antistatic layer on a side of the substrate, the antistatic layer having a second refractive index and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and an anti-reflective layer between the substrate and the antistatic layer, the anti-reflective layer including at least one composite layer which includes a first anti-reflective layer having a third refractive index and a second anti-reflective layer having a fourth refractive index, where at most one first anti-reflective layer is attached with the first surface, and at most one second anti-reflective layer is attached with the second surface, and each of the second refractive index and the third refractive index is greater than the first refractive index and the fourth refractive index.

摘要: A head-mounted device may have optical modules that present images to a user's left and right eyes. Each optical module may have a lens barrel with a low-reflectance coating, a display coupled to the lens barrel that generates a visible-light image, a lens mounted to the lens barrel through which the image is viewable from an eye box, an infrared light-emitting diode that emits infrared light that illuminates an eye box at an infrared wavelength through the lens, and an infrared camera that captures an image from the eye box at the infrared wavelength. The low-reflectance coating may be a low-visible-reflectance-and-low-infrared-reflectance coating that exhibits low-reflectance for visible light from the display and for infrared light at the infrared wavelength that is generated by the light-emitting diode.
