摘要: A coaxial cable splicing device includes a core connector terminal and a tubular insulation member. The core connector terminal includes a first connection member configured to receive a first core of a first coaxial cable and a second connection member configured to receive a second core of a second coaxial cable therein. 摘要: A signal cable for an AC-coupled link, may include: a signal conductor; a dielectric surrounding the signal conductor; and a ground sheath having a conductive layer disposed at least partially around the conductor such that the dielectric is positioned between the ground sheath and the signal conductor, wherein the conductive layer comprises a first portion extending in a first direction along the cable and a second portion extending in a second direction, opposite the first direction, along the cable and further wherein the first and second portions of the conductive layer are separated from each other by a gap, the gap being dimensioned to provide a determined amount of capacitance in series in the ground sheath. The gap may form a complete separation between the first and second portions of the conductive layer.

摘要: A high frequency signal transmission cable includes a conductor, an insulator provided over a periphery of the conductor, a plating layer provided over a periphery of the insulator, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the plating layer. A crack suppressing layer is provided between the insulator and the plating layer, in such a manner as to remain in contact with the insulator while being provided with the plating layer over an outer surface of that crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer is composed of a resin film to suppress the occurrence of a cracking in the plating layer by bending while moving in a longitudinal direction of the cable relative to a bending of the insulator.

摘要: A method for testing a multicore cable that includes a single common shield covering plural insulated wires. The testing method includes inputting a test signal, by capacitive coupling, to an end portion of the insulated wire under test among end portions of the insulated wires exposed at one end of the multicore cable, and measuring voltages of output signals output by capacitive coupling respectively from end portions of the insulated wires exposed at the other end of the multicore cable, and identifying the other end portion of the insulated wire under test based on the measured voltages. The voltages of output signals are measured in a state that an output variation reduction capacitive element is connected in series with a coupling capacitance generated by the capacitive coupling.

摘要: A coaxial cable includes a coaxial wire in which an inner insulator, an outer conductor and a sheath are sequentially and coaxially provided around a center conductor, and a substrate having a surface on which a first contact pad and a second contact pad are arranged. The sheath is removed at one end portion of the coaxial wire by a predetermined length, so that the inner insulator and the outer conductor are exposed, and a tip end of the inner insulator is removed by a predetermined length, so that the center conductor is exposed. The exposed portion of the center conductor is soldered to the first contact pad with the exposed portion of the inner insulator being bent relative to the sheath, and the exposed portion of the outer conductor is soldered to the second contact pad with being bent in a direction different from the bending direction of the inner insulator. A part of the coaxial wire covered by the sheath is standing at an angle of 30° or greater relative to the surface of the substrate.
