    摘要: A broadband solar cell antenna includes a first solar cell layer, a first dielectric supporting layer, an antenna layer, a second dielectric supporting layer, and a second solar cell layer sequentially from top to bottom. The first and second solar cell layers are structurally identical; the first and second dielectric supporting layers are structurally identical; a monopole is a metal base copper-clad laminate in a shovel-shaped structure; a trumpet-shaped grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) feeding line is used; and a solar cell array forms a meta-surface structure. The broadband solar cell antenna has the features of broadband, miniaturization and low profile. The antenna layer is provided between the two solar cell layers. Solar cells on an upper surface and a back surface of the antenna can collect light in different angles. The antenna has desired radiation performance and can function as both an antenna and a solar cell.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a packaging adhesive film and a photovoltaic module. The packaging adhesive film includes a planar base layer and a buffer layer, the buffer layer is arranged on a surface of the planar base layer, and the buffer layer includes a plurality of buffer parts arranged at intervals, each one of the buffer part includes a long strip-shaped protrusion, and the long strip-shaped protrusion is arranged in a position corresponding to a photovoltaic ribbon, or arranged in a position corresponding to a cell piece gap in a photovoltaic module, or arranged in a position corresponding to a position of a depression of a lap portion of a laminated photovoltaic module, or arranged in a position corresponding to a position of a depression of a lap portion of a stacked tile photovoltaic module. The packaging adhesive film is simple in structure, and as the disclosure only aims at thickening the part of the packaging adhesive film corresponding to the position where a cell piece is prone to a micro-crack, a fracture and grating breakage, compared with the thickening of the whole packaging adhesive film in the prior art, the packaging adhesive film of the disclosure solves the probability of the reliability problems such as a micro-crack, a fracture and grating breakage occur to the cell piece in the packaging and laminating process of the photovoltaic module, as well as greatly reduces the production cost.

    摘要: A photovoltaic device includes a first group of photovoltaic cells of a first cell type, the first group of photovoltaic cells operable to produce a first current and a first voltage, and a second group of photovoltaic cells of a second cell type that is different than the first cell type, the second group of photovoltaic cells operable to produce a second current and a second voltage. A first power electronics unit is connected to the first group of photovoltaic cells, and a second power electronics unit is connected to the second group of photovoltaic cells. The second power electronics unit is separate from and not communicating with the first power electronics unit. A control device is operable to vary a first property of the first power electronics unit to vary the first current and the first voltage and to vary a second property of the second power electronics unit to vary the second voltage and the second current independent of the first voltage and the first current.
