摘要: The present disclosure discloses a wired communication system, and a configuration method of a device ID in the wired communication system. The wired communication system includes: one master device, a plurality of slave devices and a plurality of communication lines, wherein, the plurality of communication lines and the plurality of slave devices are connected in parallel through each communication port of each slave device, and the connection mode of each communication port of each slave device is different. The configuration method of a device ID includes: configuring the number of communication lines to be equal to the number of communication ports of each slave device; making each communication port of each slave device and each communication line arranged in different connection mode; and determining an ID of each slave device according to the connection mode between each slave device and each communication line.

摘要: Techniques for validating alignment between network element configuration and DNS records associated with a communication network are presented. Alignment management component (AMC) can retrieve respective configuration parameter data items relating to respective configuration parameters associated with respective resource-related identifiers, and respective metadata items associated with the respective resource-related identifiers, from a configuration data store; and retrieve respective DNS records from respective DNS name servers, based on analyzing the respective metadata items associated with respective DNS records. For each resource-related identifier that is supposed to have a corresponding DNS record, based on the result of analyzing the respective configuration parameter data items and respective DNS records, AMC can determine whether the resource-related identifier has a corresponding DNS record stored in the DNS name server indicated by the metadata item. AMC can generate an audit report comprising a missing DNS record data item for each DNS record determined to be missing.

摘要: In some implementations, a router device may identify a network address assignment event. The router device may determine first location information for a deployment site of the router device based on identifying the network address assignment event. The router device may convert the first location information into second location information. The router device may identify a block of network addresses, of a group of blocks of network addresses, corresponding to a region of a set of defined regions. The router device may select, from the block of network addresses, an available network address for the router device. The router device may assign the available network address to an interface of the router device. The router device may enable routing using the interface based on assigning the available network address to the interface.

摘要: An aggregated networking device failover system includes an aggregation connected device coupled to first and second aggregated networking devices. The aggregation connected device receives a first aggregation communication from the first aggregated networking device that identifies its first MAC address as an actor MAC address, and a second MAC address of the second aggregated networking device as an alternate actor MAC address. The aggregation connected device then associates the first and second MAC addresses with an aggregated link to the first and second aggregated networking devices. Subsequent to associating the first and second MAC addresses with the aggregated link, the aggregation connected device receives a second aggregation communication from the second aggregated networking device that identifies its second MAC address as an actor MAC address, and the aggregated link remains available in response to that second/actor MAC address being associated with the aggregated link.
