Abstract: An image capture apparatus obtains image data captured using an image sensor and then generates, as metadata, information relating to a state of the image capture apparatus at the time of capturing the image data as well as to the image data. Abstract: Assets of broadcast network content are targeted to network users of interest based on location information regarding user equipment devices. Asset providers can specify location targeting criteria via a graphical user interface displaying mapping information. This location targeting criteria can then be compared to location information regarding user equipment devices so that assets are delivered to appropriate devices. The comparison of the location targeting criteria to the device location information can be performed at the user equipment devices or at another location. In the latter case, the assets can be addressed to appropriate user equipment devices or appropriate user equipment devices can be directed to select the asset, which is broadcast via the network. In this manner, assets can be targeted to individual network users on a basis independent of network topology.

Abstract: Provided is a system that includes a circuit to generate an interactive item based on a request received from a first distribution network or a second distribution network. The interactive item is overlaid over a media item present in media content. The circuit then activates the generated interactive item overlaid over the media item of the media content. Further, the circuit receives an event trigger, from a client application engine operational on a user device associated with a user, for a selection of the activated interactive item. A personalized list is generated for the event trigger for the selection of the interactive item. Further, the generated personalized list is transmitted for a display for a defined time duration, to one of the first distribution network, the second distribution network or the client application engine operational on the user device.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to measure exposure to streaming media are disclosed. An example apparatus includes for measurement of exposure to streaming media includes at least one memory, instructions in the apparatus, and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to: access metadata identifying media presented to a user, and cookie data, the metadata and the cookie data provided by a client device; determine whether the cookie data identifies the user to a database proprietor; in response to a determination that the cookie data does not identify the user to the database proprietor, send a redirect message instructing the client device to retransmit the metadata to a next-hop location; and in response to a determination that the cookie data does identify the user to the database proprietor, provide the metadata and a user identifier to a central facility.
