    Abstract: The invention relates to recombinant proteins useful in the treatment of diseases or disorders associated with MBL-2 deficiency. The invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding such recombinant proteins, expression vector comprising said nucleic acids, as well as and exosomes comprising the recombinant proteins, nucleic acids, and/or expression vectors. The invention also relates to cells comprising said recombinant proteins, nucleic acids, expression vectors, and/or exosomes. Disclosed herein are also methods of treating a diseases or disorders associated with MBL-2 deficiency.

    Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media for selecting a trajectory for an autonomous vehicle are disclosed that include computing a current vehicle state for the autonomous vehicle based on observations by a sensing system; computing respective collision probability scores for a plurality of candidate trajectories based on the current vehicle state; computing respective information gain scores for the plurality of candidate trajectories based on the current vehicle state, the information gain score for each candidate trajectory indicating an respective information gain for a next planning horizon interval that is subsequent to the current planning horizon interval; and selecting a planned trajectory from the plurality of candidate trajectories based on the respective collision probability scores and respective information gain scores.

    Abstract: The system is for use with a tissue sample and includes a tray and an apparatus. The tray is for receiving the tissue sample in use and an apparatus. The apparatus includes: a support which receives the tray in use; a probe adapted to transmit waves and identify wave echoes; a tissue marking device; and a transporter adapted to: convey the probe over the tissue sample in use, the probe and the transporter being adapted such that, in use, information about the tissue sample is collected sufficient to permit a radiologist to identify structures which resemble lymph nodes in the tissue sample; and convey the tissue marking device to locations of interest which correspond to the locations of structures which resemble lymph nodes in the tissue sample.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed of mounting a heat sink through a printed circuit board to reach a component on the opposite side of a board. The heat sink is passed through a window in the board to contact a component at a predetermined pressure optimized for thermal performance at minimum stress. The heat sink is affixed in place on the printed circuit board using through-hole pins which can be soldered to maintain the heat sink's position and the predetermined pressure.

    Abstract: Various substrate- integrated waveguide (SIW) filtering crossover systems are described. An example SIW filtering crossover system may include: a substrate; a top metal plate placed on top of the substrate; a bottom metal plate placed beneath the substrate; a plurality of metalized via-holes in the substrate connecting the top metal plate and the bottom metal plate; and a plurality of grounded-coplanar-waveguides (GCPWs) coupled to sidewalls of the crossover system, wherein each of the GCPWs connects the crossover system to a respective microstrip line for signal transmission between the respective microstrip line and the crossover system.
