Abstract:
Abstract An object of the invention is to provide a process for industrially producing fluorinated dicyanobenzenes using tetrachlorodicyanobenzene as a raw material. According to the present invention, fluorinated dicyanobenzene can be produced in a high yield by allowing tetrachlorodicyanobenzenes to react with a fluorinating agent in the presence of a non-protonic polar solvent in an amount of 0.1 to 3 times by mass based on the tetrachlorodicyanobenzene. Further, the above production can be conducted more efficiently by reacting while disintegrating or removing bulk solid matters.
Abstract:
A hanging-type transport apparatus for bolt-pulling machine, which transports a bolt-pulling machine hanging therefrom via a trolley and a hoist over a pressure vessel on which many bolts are mounted. The transport apparatus has a track setting unit with a guide along the outer periphery of a cover of the pressure vessel, and has a guide mechanism based upon the guide to restrict the degree of freedom of the bolt-pulling machine in the air. The guide mechanism is provided with a position detector to detect the position of the bolt-pulling machine. The invention further relates to an apparatus for controlling the positioning of the transport apparatus, such that the hanging-type transport apparatus is started at a slow speed, gradually accelerated to reach a predetermined speed, and is gradually accelerated to reach a predetermined speed, and is gradually decelerated prior to reaching a desired stop position.

Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a thermo-valve which can be operated with no unnecessary work to fill fluid easily and without fail into a circuit having the fluid flow therethrough at the time of a high temperature range. The thermo-valve comprises a valve housing 21, and a center guide shaft 27 movable to assume a valve movement limitation position GP1 in which a valve member 31 is retained to a second operation position BP2 to open a specific port, and a valve movement allowance position in which the valve member 31 is allowed to displace, the center guide shaft 27 and the valve housing 21 allowing a bimetal ring 51 to be disposed therebetween, and the bimetal ring being deformed to retain the center guide shaft 27 to the valve movement limitation position GP1 at the initial stage until the temperature of oil in the valve housing 21 firstly reaches the high temperature range, and to release the center guide shaft 27 from the valve movement limitation position GP1 when the temperature of the oil in the valve housing 21 reaches the high temperature range.
Abstract:
A polyester film containing fine cells is obtained by extrusion-molding into sheet a composition comprising aromatic polyester, 3 to 20 wt %, based on the polyester, of crystalline polypropylene having a melt-flow index of 0.2 to 120, and 0.001 to 3 wt %, based on the sum of the amount of the polyester and that of the polypropylene, of a surfactant, and stretching the sheet in at least one direction. Since this polyester film contains innumerable fine closed cells, it has a small apparent specific gravity and shows a large hiding power when titanium oxide is added thereto in only a small amount or even not added, thus being preferably utilized as base materials for various products in plate-making or information industry.

A thermal head comprises at least a heating resistor (3), wire electrodes (4, 4a, 12) for supplying electricity to the heating resistor (3), and a protective film (9) covering the heating resistor and the surrounding wire electrodes, all of which are arranged on an insulating substrate (1). At least peripheral edge portions of the wire electrodes in areas of the protective film near the heating resistor are tapered in cross section whereby a difference in level between the substrate surface and the wire electrodes is smoothed and the covering protective film has a Vickers hardness Hv of not less than 1200.
