Abstract:
The present invention generally relates to immunogenic compositions (e.g., vaccines and immunotherapies) that induce an immune response against Epstein Barr Virus (EBV)-associated antigens. The present invention also relates to methods of use thereof for the treatment and prevention of EBV infection, EBV-associated cancer, or a combination thereof. In various embodiments, the EBV antigen comprises BamHI-A rightward frame 1 (BARF1).
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 antigens and recombinant nucleic acid sequences that encode the SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. The disclosure also provides a method of preventing and/or treating a SARS-CoV-2 infection or disease or disorder associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection (e.g., COVID-19) in a subject using said compositions and methods.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a composition including a recombinant nucleic acid sequence that encodes an antibody to an Ebola viral antigen. Also disclosed herein is a method of generating a synthetic antibody in a subject by administering the composition to the subject. The disclosure also provides a method of preventing and/or treating an Ebola virus infection in a subject using said composition and method of generation.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are mono and bispecific DNA antibodies (DMAbs) targeting Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Also disclosed herein is a method of generating a synthetic antibody in a subject by administering the DMAbs to the subject. The disclosure also provides a method of preventing and/or treating Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in a subject using said composition and method of generation.
Abstract:
Nucleic acid molecules and compositions comprising one or more nucleic acid sequences that encode a consensus Ebolavirus glycoproteinimmunogens are disclosed. The coding sequences optionally include operable linked coding sequence that encode a signal peptide. Immunomodulatory methods and methods of inducing an immune response against Ebolavirus are disclosed. Method of preventing Ebolavirus and methods of treating individuals infected with Ebolavirus are disclosed. Consensus Ebolavirus proteins are disclosed.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a composition comprising the combination of a nucleic acid sequence encoding a desired polypeptide that elicits an immune response in a mammal and a nucleic acid sequence encoding an antibody, a fragment thereof, a variant thereof, or a combination thereof.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a vaccine comprising an antigen and checkpoint inhibitor. Also disclosed herein is a method for enhancing an immune response in a subject. The method may comprise administering the vaccine to the subject in need thereof.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treating Clostridium botulinum neurotoxin intoxication and in particular, vaccines against the neurotoxin that provide protection again lethal challenge with neurotoxin from one or more serotypes of Clostridium botulinum.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to synthetic, consensus foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) immunogenic proteins and nucleic acid molecule encoding such proteins, to vaccines against FMDV, to methods for inducing immune responses against FMVD, to methods for distinguishing between individuals infected with FMDV versus those vaccinated against FMDV, and methods of prophylactically and/or therapeutically immunizing individuals against FMDV.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treating cancer and in particular vaccines that treat and provide protection against tumor growth.
