Abstract:
In one aspect of the invention, an integrated hollow fabric structure includes a body having an axis and a thickness along a direction perpendicular to the axis, at least first and second groups of yarns, the yarns of each group space-regularly disposed in layers, where the yarn layers of the at least two groups of yarns are alternately stacked and interlocked together, and embedded in the body, and a third group of yarns through the thickness of the body to interlock the layers together, where the positions and the pattern of interlocking vary according to the need.
Abstract:
Multiple bonding layer schemes that temporarily join semiconductor substrates are provided. In the inventive bonding scheme, at least one of the layers is directly in contact with the semiconductor substrate and at least two layers within the scheme are in direct contact with one another. The present invention provides several processing options as the different layers within the multilayer structure perform specific functions. More importantly, it will improve performance of the thin-wafer handling solution by providing higher thermal stability, greater compatibility with harsh backside processing steps, protection of bumps on the front side of the wafer by encapsulation, lower stress in the debonding step, and fewer defects on the front side.
Abstract:
Compositions for producing multi-chromic ("color") magnetic resonance images (MRI). The compositions for use as MRI imaging agents include a magnetic resonance imaging tracer having a signal emitter, such as a 19 F imaging tracer ( 19 FIT), conjugated with a magnetic signal modulator, such as a paramagnetic functional group or a paramagnetic ion. The 19 FIT and the signal modulator (M) are joined covalently by a chelator such as DOTA, forming a nanometer-sized fluorinated paramagnetic complex 19 FIT-DOTA-M. Other signal emitters, such as 31 P imaging tracer ( 31 PIT), can also be modulated using this strategy (i.e., 31 PIT-DOTA-M) to generate multi-chromic 31 P MRI or MRS.
Abstract:
New photoresists for use during the production of semiconductor and MEMS devices are provided. The primer layer preferably comprises a silane dissolved or dispersed in a solvent system. The photoresist layer includes copolymers prepared from styrene, acrylonitrile, and epoxy-containing monomers. The photoresist layer comprises a photoacid generator, and is preferably negative-acting.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for charging mobile robots are disclosed. An example charging station includes: a calibration board configured to present an encrypted graphic pattern; a supporting frame configured to support weight or balance of a device receiving charge from the charging station; a wireless electrical charging base, wherein the wireless electrical charging base includes: a top surface that is uneven; a plurality of air holes on the top surface; a shaft protruding from the top surface; and one or more charging coils installed inside the wireless electrical charging base. Further, the wireless electrical charging base has an angle-shaped front end. The one or more charging coils are configured to charge a mobile robot wirelessly using electromagnetic induction. The calibration board is configured to present a plurality of different encrypted graphic patterns in accordance with one or more computer-provided instructions.

Abstract:
A method for fabricating multilayer fabrics having a prescribed integration pattern and an apparatus of implementing same. In one embodiment, the method include the steps of providing a plurality of winding yarn carriers arranged in a multilayer structure along a first direction and configured such that each winding yarn carrier is operably movable with respect to one another along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, forming a plurality of crossover points of the winding yarns by moving at least one winding yarn carrier along the second direction according to the integration pattern, transporting the binder yarns through the plurality of winding yarn layers at predetermined locations along the first direction, and locking the binder yarns in place, pushing the binder yarns toward the fell of the multilayer fabrics, and taking up the formed multilayer fabrics.

Abstract:
A removable build box for a three dimensional printer comprises a build box tray defining a build chamber for part assembly and a material feed chamber for supplying powder material to the build chamber. The build and feed chambers have lower piston stops. A build chamber piston engages with the build chamber and with the build chamber piston stops at a lowermost position. A feed chamber piston engages with the feed chamber and with the feed chamber piston stops at a lowermost position. A quick connection coupling is between the build chamber piston and a build chamber z-axis actuator configured to move the build chamber piston when connected thereto. A quick connection coupling is between the feed chamber piston and a feed chamber z-axis actuator configured to move the feed chamber piston when connected thereto. The build box tray may be easily removed from the three dimensional printer.
