摘要： Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine pharmazeutische bukkale, sublinguale, gingivale oder intranasale Formulierung umfassend Tadalafil oder dessen Salz als Wirkstoff, ein Polymer und ein Tensid sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und der Verwendung der Formulierung in einem Arzneimittel bei der Behandlung einer sexuellen Dysfunktion. Die mittlere Partikelgröße des Wirkstoffes liegt in einem Bereich von 8 bis 500 nm und das Polymer ist Polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP) und/oder Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylacetat-Copolymer (KVA). Das Tensid kann beispielsweise Natriumdodecylsulfat (SDS) sein. Der maximale Serumspiegel an Wirkstoff tritt bereits innerhalb von 1 Stunde nach Verabreichung des Arzneimittels ein.
