Cette invention concerne le domaine du traitement du concentrât (saumures) sur les bases d'un traitement générique par osmose inverse. Elle intervient dans le secteur du traitement d'eau permettant d'accroître la reconversion des rejets sur un traitement de ressource primaire. Les techniques antérieures permettent simplement de traiter l'eau de mer de façon conventionnelle n'apportant aucune solution adéquate sur la sursaturation, aucune solution sur l'économie d'énergie (méthode énergivore), aucune solution sur la préfiltration et un taux de reconversion faible. L'OTC permet d'accroître la production de ressource traitée, d'économiser de l'énergie et de préserver les membranes d'osmose inverse.

The present invention relates to a method for removing metal ions from an aqueous system comprising a step of filtering the aqueous system through a loaded membrane which contains a carrier membrane based on a polyarylene ethersulfone which carries anionic groups, and a cationic polymer which is a polymer comprising primary and/or secondary amino groups. The invention further relates to a loaded membrane which contains a carrier membrane based on a polyarylene ethersulfone which carries anionic groups, and a cationic polymer which is a polymer comprising primary and/or secondary amino groups.

Provided herein is a universally applicable biofouling mitigation technology using acoustically excited encapsulated microbubbles that disrupt biofilm or biofilm formation. For example, a method of reducing biofilm formation or removing biofilm in a membrane filtration system is provided in which a feed solution comprising encapsulated microbubbles is provided to the membrane under conditions that allow the encapsulated microbubbles to embed in a biofilm. Sonication of the embedded, encapsulated microbubbles disrupts the biofilm. Thus, provided herein is a membrane filtration system for performing the methods and encapsulated microbubbles specifically selected for binding to extracellular polymeric substances (EFS) in a biofilm.

El equipo "deshidratador de lodos" es una máquina que permite retirar agua con baja turbidez desde lodos o pastas aguadas de origen industrial o minero con el objetivo de: - Optimizar procesos de recuperación de minerales como flotación mediante el aumento de densidad del lodo, - Espesar lodos o pastas aguadas para optimizar procesos de filtración y secado, también para disposición de relaves mineros. - Concentración y disposición de sólidos en suspensión y recuperación y reciclaje de aguas limpias o clarificadas. El equipo "deshidratador de lodos" se diseña en base a un estanque rectangular provisto de la infraestructura necesaria para contener en su interior una serie de placas de succión conectadas a un sistema de vacío a través de las cuales se ejecuta el proceso de separación sólido liquido y por otra parte, contener el mecanismo de limpieza o carro de limpieza con su sistema motriz confeccionado en base a pistones neumáticos o hidráulicos, requerido para limpiar el medio filtrante de las placas de succión y mantenerlas permanentemente operativas. Según el punto de alimentación del "deshidratador de lodos" y del diseño del cono inferior o fondo del estanque rectangular, será el beneficio que prestará en la operación industrial y minera.
