A building composite panel is disclosed, adapted to be supported by a fixed structure and manufactured entirely by a cold operation, comprising an inner core of mineralized wood fibers, a first coating formed by a first fluid composition comprising a solution of crude clay in water, adapted to impregnate said mineralized wood fibers and naturally dried, and a second outer coating formed by a second thick composition comprising a mixture of binders and clay in water and again undergoing a natural drying operation. A method of manufacturing such a panel is also disclosed.

Proceso y horno, que permite utilizar residuos de tierras de filtros (tierras diatomáceas), eliminado el material orgánico, mediante el proceso que se ilustra en la presente investigación, dicho horno consiste de un recipiente, donde se deposita el residuo industrial, para transportar el material se utiliza una mesa plegadiza, así mismo cuenta con un agitador con pedestal, para bajar cuchillas y remover el material tratado. Los gases generados son colectados por un extractor el cual tiene una chaqueta de enfriamiento, para posteriormente ser enviados a un sistema absorbedor, donde son neutralizados. Mediante este equipo y proceso, se obtuvo materiales, ligeros, con poca porosidad de alta resistencia a la compresión, con ello se logró darle aplicación en la rama de la construcción ó en la industria mecánica a residuos industriales sólidos granulares, los cuales son dañinos al medio ambiente.

According to an embodiment, a method for thermally insulating a portion of a tubular located inside an enclosed conduit comprises the steps of: (A) introducing a grouting composition into an annulus between the tubular and the enclosed conduit, the grouting composition comprising: (i) an oil-swellable binding material; and (ii) a hydrocarbon liquid, wherein the hydrocarbon liquid is the continuous phase of the grouting composition; and (iii) an insulating material comprising a hollow microsphere; and (B) allowing or causing the grouting composition to set after the step of introducing, wherein after setting the grouting composition has a thermal conductivity of less than 0.3 BTU/hr-ft-°F (0.5 w/m° C). According to another embodiment, a grouting composition for use in insulating a portion of a tubular located inside an enclosed conduit comprises: (A) an oil-swellable binding material comprising a organophilic clay; and (B) a hydrocarbon liquid, wherein the hydrocarbon liquid is the continuous phase of the grouting composition; and (C) an insulating material comprising a hollow microsphere, wherein after the grouting composition has set, the grouting composition has a thermal conductivity of less than 0.3 BTU/hrft-°F (0.5 w/m° C).

Stabilized mud plaster with low vapour resistance, particularly to be used as wall plaster. To the basic material, which is unburnt clay with over 250g/5cm2 viscosity and drying shrinkage in length lower then 2%, where viscosity is tensile strength in wet condition, stabilizing hydrophobic dispersed powder in the amount of 0,25% to 3% of the total plaster weight is added. The total plaster weight is the weight of the material before water is added to achieve required consistence. The dispersion powder is selected either from the group of terpolymers on the basis of ethylene, vinyl laurate, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, vinyl ester, or a combination thereof, or from the group of copolymers on the basis of vinyl acetate, ethylene or a combination thereof, or it is a combination of a stabilizer selected from the group of copolymers on the basis of vinyl acetate, ethylene and a hydrophobic agent, which is zinc stearate.
