The invention teaches a method of efficiently dewatering a microcapsule slurry to form a water re- suspendable filter cake of microcapsules. The process comprises providing an aqueous slurry of microcapsules dispersed in an aqueous solution; adding an agglomeration agent and dispersing the agglomeration agent into the aqueous slurry; adjusting the pH to a pH level sufficient to agglomerate the dispersed microcapsules; and filtering the aqueous slurry of microcapsules by gravity, vacuum or pressure filtration to thereby form a filter cake of dewatered microcapsules. The agglomeration agent is sodium polyphosphate, sodium tetrapolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, and/or sodium tripolyphosphate; or with anionic microcapsules or coatings even alkaline earth metal salts such as magnesium chloride, calcium chloride or barium chloride, or even aluminum salt such as aluminum chloride.

본 발명은 폴리이미드 제조 시 반응 분산매로 물을 사용하는 방법에 대한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 다이안하이드라이드 화합물과 다이아민 화합물을 물에 분산시킨 후 밀봉된 압력용기 내에서 5℃ 이상의 온도 조건 및 압력이 가해진 상태에서 반응시켜 폴리이미드를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 폴리이미드의 제조에 있어, 발생되는 수증기를 배출시켜 냉각 및 응축시킴으로써 물을 회수하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방법에서는 반응 분산매로 물을 사용함으로써 유기계 폐액이 발생하지 않아 친환경적이고, 제조비용이 저렴하며, 건조 후 잔류용매가 최소화되어 잔류용매에 의한 물성 저하 등의 문제가 없고, 종래의 방법에 비하여 반응온도가 낮고, 반응단계가 적으며 반응시간이 짧다는 점에서 유리하며, 또한 반응 종료 후 물을 회수할 수 있어 물의 재활용이 가능하여 경제적이면서도 매우 친환경적이고, 또한 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 제조된 폴리이미드는 종래의 합성방법으로 제조되는 폴리이미드에 비하여 열안정성이 높고 분자량이 큰 장점이 있다.

In certain embodiments, the PHA is a multiphase copolymer blend having one phase a fully amorphous phase with a glass transition temperature of below 20°C and is between about 5 to about 45% of the total PHA. Methods of making the compositions of the invention are also described. The invention also includes articles, films and laminates comprising the compositions.

The particles include poly[bis(trifluoroethoxy) phosphazene] and/or a derivatives thereof which may be present throughout the particles or within an outer coating of the particles. The particles may also include a core having a hydrogel formed from an acrylic-based polymer. Such particles may be provided to a user in various colors or with customized coloration to match desired tissues. Moreover, such particles may be loaded to provide localized treatment with an active component agent in specific clinical uses. Particles of the present invention may further be provided or used in conjunction with tissue adhesives or photoinitiator agents that may be activated by electromagnetic radiation or other energy sources to allow post-implantation cross-linking of the polymeric particles to cause their amalgamation to maintain their shape and location following implantation.

Die Entdeckung ist, dass sich in den Adern bewegende ional positive Thrombozyten von einer ional negativen Materie anziehen lassen. Im stillstehenden Blut werden Thrombozyten nicht angezogen. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Spule (1), einem Eisenkern (2) (Elektromagnet) und zwei Eisenrohren (4) (Walzen), in deren Zentren die Eisenkerne der Spule so angeordnet sind, dass die Pole der Elektromagneten in den Eisenrohren an der Stelle sind, an sie sich mit den Außenwänden berühren. An die Eisenrohre ist polgleich zum Elektromagneten eine Gleichspannung angelegt. Das Verfahren zur Ionentrennung beginnt mit der Erwärmung des Kunststoffgranulats (7), das zwischen die drehenden Walzen gequetscht wird. Zwischen den Walzen kommt es zu einem Galvanisierungs- und magnetischen Prozess. Der positive Pol des Magneten zieht die negativen Teilchen und der negative Pol die positiven Teilchen an und lagert diese auf der Walze ab.
