    Abstract: The invention relates to a compact and portable interferometer(4)comprising an optical source (40) generating a first beam (B); an optical chip comprising a first reflective layer (42) and a second reflective layer (45) separated by a dielectric spacer layer (41), the first reflective layer splitting the first beam into a reference beam (BR) and a second beam (B2), the second reflective layer reflecting the second beam into a signal beam (BS) overlapping the reference beam to create an interference signal(I); a controlled phase modulation means; and a photo-detector(43)receiving the interference signal. The invention also relates to abio-chemical sensor comprising an interferometer (4) wherein the second reflective layer is an optically-resonant layer chemically functionalized. The invention eventually relates to a measurement device comprising said interferometer or said bio-chemical sensor and a signal analyzing unit processing information from the photo-detector.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods, compositions, and related apparatuses for detection and quantification of nucleic acid molecules associated with a solid surface. Methods can include detecting or quantifying at least one nucleic acid molecule associated with a surface by contacting the at least one nucleic acid molecule with a fluorophore, wherein the fluorophore emits increased fluorescence at a wavelength when in contact with nucleic acid molecule, and detecting or measuring fluorescence from the fluorophore at the wavelength. Compositions can comprise a fluorophore and a nucleic acid molecule, wherein the nucleic acid molecule is associated with a surface, and the fluorophore has the property of emitting increased fluorescence at a wavelength when in contact with a nucleic acid molecule.

    Abstract: Provided herein are methods and compositions for analyzing epigenetic modifications of genomes. The methods and compositions are suited for complete epigenome sequencing of any modification for which an antibody or an affinity binding agent has been developed. In one aspect, provided herein is a method for analyzing epigenetic modification of a genome. In some embodiments of aspects provided herein, the method further comprises sequencing a sequencing library to generate sequence reads, and assembling the sequence reads with aid of a positional barcode sequence information. In some embodiments of aspects provided herein, the method further comprises determining a location of at least two different epigenetic modifications of the nucleic acid. Another aspect of the present disclosure provides a kit for analyzing an epigenetic modification of a nucleic acid.
