The invention relates to a pre-treatment device and method for production of a thixotropic metal bolt (10), in a casting chamber (30) of a thixo-moulding unit. The pre-treatment device comprises a container (14), for accommodating a metal bolt (10), an oven (20), for converting the metal bolt (10) in the container (14) into a partly fluid thixotropic state and a transport unit for transporting and feeding the thixotropic metal bolt (10), into the casting chamber (30). The container (14) is a cylinder-shape heating tube (14), with closable sides. Furthermore, the pre-treatment device is so arranged that, during the entire pre-treatment, namely the heating process in the oven (20), the transport into the casting chamber (30) and the period in the casting chamber (30), the metal bolt (10) remains in the heating tube (14).

The present invention relates to the production of a vitreous-siliceous material from broken glass which is used for the inner or outer finishing of buildings and structures, floors or for realising artistic decorative panels. The purpose of this invention is to improve the article quality and to increase the yield while reducing the production costs. The method for producing cladding and decorative tiles is characterised in that it involves applying an action on the preform in a first heated and enclosed volume, wherein said action not only consists of the heat supplied from the top by a heater but also consists of a direct gaseous air flow conveying the heat accumulated from the previously molten preform. This flow is supplied from the bottom and, to this end, the bottom of the thermal form is heat- and gas-conducting. This invention also relates to a modular plant for the serial production of said cladding and decorative tiles, wherein said plant includes a thermal cover mounted above a frame so as to be capable of being lifted back. The frame also includes a mechanism mounted therein for lifting the thermal forms towards the thermal cover. Each thermal form includes a lower thermal-insulation lid. The bottom of each thermal form is made of a heat- and gas-conducting material which is porous or comprises reduced-size cells.

До начала плавки в центральную зону печи загружают единовременно вместе с первой порцией металлошихты часть оксидоуглеродных материалов, а остальное количество оксидоуглеродных материалов вводят в расплавленную шихту по ходу плавки с удельной скоростью загрузки 0,5-10 кг/мин на 1 MBА мощности трансформатора электродуговой печи, при этом размер кусков оксидоуглеродных материалов выбирают в пределах 5-80 мм. В стенках корпуса печи выполнены по меньшей мере три разнесенные по их периметру отверстия для ввода оксидоуглеродных материалов в центральную зону печи, расположенных ниже уровня верхней отметки корпуса печи на 0,2-1,0 м. Изобретение позволяет снизить удельный расход электроэнергии на расплавление металлошихты и увеличить выход железа из оксидоуглеродных материалов, а также повысить их относительное количество в общей массе шихты.

A baking oven is to be used for binding dental-ceramic material with titanium. In order to prevent the metallic titanium surfaces from being oxidized by the oxygen which emanates from the heat insulation of the baking chamber during the baking process, the baking chamber (11) has gas-tight walls (6, 8) and can receive inert gas from one side through at least one gas supply pipe (16 or 17), whereas on the opposite side it communicates with a vacuum generated by a vacuum pump. The support for the materials to be baked arranged in the baking chamber is made of a dense, poreless material. The gas-tight design of the chamber walls together with suction by the vacuum pump, makes it possible to completely flush out all air from the baking chamber (11) before the actual baking process, to fill it with inert gas and to prevent air from entering during the baking process.

Dabei wird die Stahlblechbahn auf Diffusionstemperatur aufgeheizt, wobei Al-Si in eine Oberfläche der Stahlblechbahn eindiffundiert. Anschließend wird die Stahlblechbahn mit in eine Oberfläche eindiffundiertem Al-Si mit einer Geschwindigkeit von weniger als circa 25K/sec abgekühlt.
