Abstract: The present disclosure contains embodiments of an apparatus, system and method designed to facilitate learning or efficient multitasking involving movement and solar energy where users' movement devices process or respond to different stimuli to facilitate users moving while learning, working, or participating in a simulation. In some embodiments this may be accomplished with the aid of a circular treadmill, spherical walkway, or combinable modular trackpads that may be linked to allow a user to lay the apparatus in a path suited for a plurality of environments. The embodiments of the disclosure involve the user moving while processing information and receiving feedback, assistance related to that movement, processing, or any combination thereof while combining the motion of the movement device with the feedback loop sent from sensor relays a user may receive an optimal experience for learning while moving. Some embodiments make efficient use of solar energy for classroom education management.

Abstract: An application compliance device (1) for monitoring a customized dosage regime of a skin care product provided in a container device (20). It comprises a housing (2) for receiving the container device (20). The device comprises a control unit, a sensor unit for sensing a quantity of the skin care product administered from the container device (1) and a signal unit. The control unit is configured to evaluate a quantity signal received from the sensor unit to determine an administered dosage quantity, to control the signal unit to generate a compliant signal if the administered dosage quantity is compliant with the customized dosage regime, to generate a partly compliant signal if the administered dosage quantity is not compliant with the dosage regime for a first time, and to generate a warning signal if the administered dosage quantity is not compliant with the dosage regime for a second time.

Abstract: Provided is a system comprising a plurality of inhalers that each include a processor configured to determine a value of a usage parameter relating to use of the respective first inhaler, encrypt data based on the value, and transmit the encrypted data. At least two of the inhalers include different medicament, such as a rescue medicament and a maintenance medicament. The system includes an external device that includes a processor configured to distinguish between the encrypted data of each respective inhaler, determine respective usage information relating to each of the distinct types of medicament based on the respective encrypted data, and control a user interface (e.g., of the external device) to communicate the usage information related to each inhaler and/or each respective type of medicament.

Abstract: A system and method includes (i) providing patient data stored in a data repository, (ii) applying a first patient identification algorithm to the patient data to identify an initial group of individuals associated with select physical and health characteristics, (iii) applying a second patient identification algorithm to the patient data associated with the initial group of individuals to identify a narrower subgroup associated with select behavioral characteristics, and (iv) generating patient identifiable information from the patient data to allow for notification. The identification of the initial group is based on a determined likelihood of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) for individuals meeting or exceeding a first threshold criteria. The identification of the narrower group is based on a determined likelihood of long-term adherence to OSA treatment for individuals meeting or exceeding a second threshold criteria. The notification is of designated entities that one or more of the individuals in the narrower subgroup are preferred individuals for OSA.

The respiratory therapy device supplies pressurized air to an airway of a user during a plurality of sleep sessions. The sensor generates data including current data that is associated with a current sleep session of the plurality of sleep sessions and historical data that is associated with one or more prior sleep sessions of the plurality of sleep sessions. The control system includes one or more processors configured to execute machine-readable instructions to: analyze the historical data to determine a behavior pattern associated with the user; analyze the current data to determine a condition of the user interface in relation to the user; and generate an alarm based at least in part on the behavior pattern associated with the user and the condition of the user interface in relation to the user.

Abstract: Multi-state engagement with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems is described. Given the number of people that wear CGM systems and because CGM systems produce measurements continuously, a platform that provides a CGM system may have an enormous amount of data. This amount of data is practically, if not actually, impossible for humans to process. In implementations, a CGM platform includes a data analytics platform that obtains packages of glucose measurements provided by a CGM system and also obtains additional data associated with a user. The data analytics platform generates state information for the user by processing these CGM packages and the additional data, at least in part, by using one or more models. Based on this state information, the data analytics platform controls communication with the user, which may include generating intervention strategies to prevent users from transitioning to a negative state such as discontinuing use of the CGM system.
