摘要: 一种增强的皮芯互溶一体的复合板材及其制备方法,属于发泡增强板材技术领域。这种复合板材,从上到下依次包括弹性表层、增强的连续过渡层和增强的硬质发泡芯层;所述增强的硬质发泡芯层为多孔骨架增强的硬质发泡材料;所述增强的连续过渡层是增强网增强的过渡层,所述的增强网至少平铺设置在所述过渡层的内部;所述过渡层是构成硬质发泡材料的未完全固化的尚具有流动性的原料,与未完全固化的构成弹性表层的原料互相渗透,然后固化形成的一体结构。所述的硬质发泡芯层经过多孔骨架增强后,能够显著提高复合板材的抗压强度,能够对加载在板面上的重物提供更好地支撑,以避免发生板面塌陷的问题。

摘要: Um ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer einfach aufgebauten, furnierten Platte bereitzustellen, das es zudem ermöglicht, die Eigenschaften des Furniers auf einfache Weise zu verbessern, wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer furnierten Platte vorgeschlagen, wobei die furnierte Platte ein Furnier (4) mit einer Oberseite (6) und mit einer Unterseite (5) und eine Trägerplatte (1) mit einer Oberseite (2) und mit einer Unterseite (3) aufweist, mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen eines Furniers (4), - Aufbringen eines Bindemittels (8) auf die Oberseite (2) der Trägerplatte (1) oder die Unterseite (5) des Furniers (4), wobei ein PU-Präpolymer als Bindemittel eingesetzt wird, - Herstellen eines Pressgutstapels aufweisend die Trägerplatte (1) und das Furnier (4) mit dem zwischen Trägerplatte (1) und Furnier (4) angeordneten Bindemittel (8) und dem zwischen Bindemittel (8) und Furnier (4) angeordneten Additiv (7), - Verpressen des Pressgutstapels zu einer furnierten Platte. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine furnierte Platte.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a thermoplastic-based building panel (1), such as a floor panel. The building panel comprises an upper layer arrangement (2), a lower layer arrangement (3), and a balancing layer (4) provided between the lower and the upper layer arrangement. Moreover, the disclosure relates to a thermoplastic-based building panel (1) comprising an upper layer arrangement and a balancing layer which is a bottom layer of the building panel. The building panel comprises a groove arrangement, wherein a major portion of the grooves therein is provided in the balancing layer only. Finally, the disclosure relates to a thermoplastic- based building panel (1) comprising a mechanical locking system for horizontally and/or vertically locking the building panel to an adjacent building panel. The mechanical locking system comprises a cooperating surface which is situated in a balancing layer and is configured to cooperate with a cooperating surface of an adjacent building panel.
