Method for the manufacture of a product of sulphur concrete with the steps: - the heating of a mixture of sulphur concrete (21) to above melting temperature; ⋅- the provision of a mould (9) that is driven around its axis (X-X'); ⋅- the heating of the rotating mould (9) to a temperature above the melting temperature of sulphur; ⋅- the simultaneous addition of liquid sulphur concrete (21); ⋅- when the layer of liquid sulphur concrete (28) has reached a certain thickness (A), the stopping of heating and start of cooling the rotating mould (9) from the outside while the inside space (30) of the drum (9) is kept at a temperature that is higher than the melting temperature of the sulphur; ⋅- if required, further cooling of the mould from the outside and the gradual further supply of heated liquid sulphur concrete until the necessary quantity of sulphur concrete (21) to form the product (1) has been reached and until the sulphur (21) concrete has sufficiently hardened;
Abstract:
Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines runden Rohres aus einem keramischen Material oder einem glaskeramischen Material oder Mischungen davon beschrieben. Das Verfahren umfasst das Einbringen eines silikatkeramischen, eines oxidkeramischen und/oder nichtoxidkeramischen Materialbild- ners in ein Schmelzgefäß, welches entlang einer Längsachse eine röhrenförmige Wand aufweist, die einen röhrenförmigen Hohlraum definiert, wobei das Schmelzgefäß um seine Längsachse rotiert. Dabei wird eine an der Innenseite der Wand liegende gleichförmige Schicht aus den keramischen und/oder glaskeramischen Materialbildnern mittels durch Rotation erzeugten Zentrifugalkräften ausgebildet und mittels einer im inneren Hohlraum des Schmelzgefäßes angeordneten Wärmequelle solange erhitzt, bis mindestens die innere Seite der Materialbildnerschicht aufgeschmolzen ist. Solche Rohre sind für vielseitige industrielle Zwecke verwendbar.

본 발명은 레진콘크리트 하수관의 뼈대를 구축하는 철선을 조립하는 철선조립공정과, 상기 철선조립공정에 의해 조립된 철선을 형틀의 배치하고 탈형제를 도포하는 형틀조립공정과, 레진콘크리트 배합물을 배합하는 레진콘크리트 배합공정과, 레진콘크리트 배합공정에 의해 배합된 레진콘크리트 배합물을 원심성형기에 투입하는 레진콘크리트 배합물 투입공정과, 원심성형기로 레진콘크리트 하수관을 성형하는 원심성형공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 레진 콘크리트 하수관 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 레진콘크리트 배합공정의 레진콘크리트 배합물은, 결합제 10.5 중량부, 충진재 6.4 중량부, 0.6mm ~ 1mm의 입도를 갖는 제1제강슬래그볼 15.7 중량부, 2mm ~ 5mm의 입도를 갖는 제2제강슬래그볼 15.7 중량부, 쇄석 18.7 중량부, 레미탈(dry mortar) 33 중량부로 이루어지고, 상기 원심성형공정 후 열풍기를 이용하여 성형공정에 의해 성형된 레진콘크리트 하수관을 45℃ ~ 60℃의 온도로 30분 ~ 90분 동안 1차 양생하는 1차 양생공정과; 1차 양생공정 후 수지를 도포하고 다시 열풍기를 이용하여 25℃ 이상의 온도로 10분 ~ 15분 동안 2차 양생하는 2차 양생공정이 더 구비되고, 2차 양생 후 라이닝(lining) 공정 후 성형된 레진콘크리트 하수관을 형틀로부터 탈형하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강슬래그볼을 이용한 레진콘크리트 하수관 제조방법이 개시된다.

The present invention relates in particular to a process for manufacturing an impregnated fibrous assembly, the process comprising at least the following steps: - introducing a first suspension (10) comprising a first powder of solid particles into an internal volume (2) delimited by an inner face (1a) of a first fibrous texture (1) of hollow shape placed in a mould, an outer face (1b) of the first fibrous texture (1) being present facing a wall (3) of the mould, - impregnating, by action of the centrifugal force, the first fibrous texture (1) with the first suspension (10) by rotating the mould about itself, - positioning, after impregnation of the first texture (1) with the first suspension, a second fibrous texture on the inner face (1a) of the first fibrous texture (1) in order to obtain a fibrous assembly, - introducing a second suspension comprising a second powder of solid particles into the internal volume (2) after positioning the second fibrous texture, and - impregnating, by action of the centrifugal force, the second fibrous texture with the second suspension by rotating the mould about itself in order to obtain the impregnated fibrous assembly.
