Abstract:
The dump truck has a removable nudge blade (35) mounted from its front axle, which can be raised and lowered hydraulically, extending in front of the truck wheels (2). When lowered, the blade is located close to the ground extending up to the lower edge of the bucket (6). When raised, the blade allows normal tipping of the bucket and operation of the truck. The blade is useful for providing better and faster levelling of material which has been tipped out of the bucket, and prevents ruts in which the wheels can become stuck.
Abstract:
A vehicle (1) is provided with an implement (2) connected to the steering assembly (3) of the vehicle. The vehicle is of the type where the steering assembly (3) pivots with respect to the vehicle body (5). A linkage means (10-15; 13-15) is provided which maintains the implement (2) as substantially constant inclination. In a first embodiment a linkage (10, 11, 13, 14 and 15) is connected to the implement (2) and a roller (11) is guided along a guide (12) connected to the vehicle body (5) so as to maintain substantially constant inclination during rotation of steering assembly (3). In a second embodiment a variable length linkage (13, 14 and 15) is connected between the implement (2) and vehicle (1), the length of which varies as the steering assembly (3) rotates with respect of the vehicle (1).
Abstract:
The plate (10) for quick coupling of implements and miscellaneous accessories to motor vehicles such as trucks, tractors or other work vehicles has a shape and configuration of fasteners and couplings (30, 31, 25-28; 40, 25-28; 43, 25-28) such as to allow the fitting of miscellaneous and different implements with quick couplings, also complying with applicable regulations in the sector; the arrangement of the plate can be easily varied in order to make it suitable for interfacing with the different implements.
Abstract:
The inventions relates to an attachment device (1) for an implement (2) for an implement carrier vehicle (3), wherein the attachment device (1) is adapted to be fixedly attached to a vehicle, said attachment device (1) comprising: a main body (4) adapted to attach the implement (2) to, at least two elongated openings (5) in said main body (4) adapted to receive fastening bolts (6) for fastening the implement (2) to the attachment device (1), which bolts can move in the elongated openings (5), the at least two elongated openings being placed so that rotation of the implement (2) around an axis of rotation (x) is limited to the movement of the received bolts in the elongated openings, said axis of rotation (x) is located at a height from the bottom side of said main body of less than 40% of the total height of the main body (4).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle (10) that has a frame (12), a driving track assembly (14), and a pair of secondary driving assemblies (16) mounted on opposing lateral sides of the track assembly (14). More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle (10) that has one or more counterbalance structures (56, 58) for offsetting longitudinally off-center loads (80, 90) carried on the frame (12) of such a vehicle (10).
Abstract:
A motor-assisted vehicle (10) includes a first gear assembly that mechanically enhances the force applied to a power input device by a user. A second gear assembly is associated with an electronically controlled motor (24). A programmable controller reads the user's force input and causes the motor (24) to output a desired amount of power assistance, based upon a programmed function configured to meet the specific needs of the user.
