In an apparatus (200) and in a packaging process (200) of capsules (1) having an opening closed by a laminar lid (2) obtained by cutting a strip (3), the possibility of transporting the laminar lids in several lines is introduced, reducing the overall dimensions, being provided: a cutting device (162) that comprises a tensioning and transport mechanism (23, 26, 27, 28) for a strip, defining a portion of the strip (3) wherein it is tensioned in a respective cutting plane, and one or more punches (22) which obtain said laminar lids (2) from said strip (3); a carousel-like transfer device (161), having a plurality of moving transfer members (11), each one having one or more gripping heads (14) apt to receive one respective laminar lid (2) from the cutting device (162), the moving transfer members (11) moving along a closed path, wherein said cutting plane is arranged in a vertical position, and wherein the mutual position of the cutting device (162) and the transfer device (161) defines a gripping spot (G) of said closed path, wherein the laminar lids (2) are retained in said moving transfer members (11) on a respective plane in a vertical position.

The present invention relates to a method for packaging a fluid product in a package comprising a container made of flexible material and an opening and closing device for such container, in turn comprising a cap (4). The above method comprises the steps of providing the above-mentioned open container made of flexible material, such opening and closing device and a film (80) made of flexible double-sealing material, as well as the step of coupling the latter with said opening and closing device, thereby obtaining an opening and closing device coupled with a film made of flexible double-sealing material. Finally, it is envisaged a step of dispensing a fluid product in the container and closing the latter by means of said opening and closing device coupled with such film, thereby obtaining a package (99) comprising a compartment, containing a fluid product, substantially airtight with respect to the outside and watertight. According to a preferred embodiment, the method of the present invention is carried out by a continuous process.

The cover may include a notch to leave an open section for a user to access the contents. The dispenser may hold a roll of container covers that may be pulled out and individually removed from the roll. The dispenser may include a protrusion to create a tab and notch design on the removed covers to facilitate users' access of the contents.

Siegelscheiben (44) für die Herstellung von Aufreissdeckeln aus Deckelringen mit darauf aufgesiegelter Aufreissfolie werden dadurch hergestellt, dass auf einer Grundplatte (53), die aus Kupfer besteht, ein ringförmiger Siegelteil aus Stahl (54) z.B. durch Elektronenstrahlschweissung befestigt wird, wonach der Siegelteil durch Laserhärtung gehärtet wird. A method and apparatus for forming a closure in which the closure includes a peelable panel with integral tab folded over the panel. The apparatus includes upper and lower reform tools, the upper reform tool having a tab relief feature and local scallops at each end of the tab relief. When reform tools move together for reforming, the tab relief feature is positioned over the tab fold and the scallops at the ends of the fold. As a result crushing and fracture of the tab during reforming is avoided.
