    摘要： 本发明涉及一种可降解的双组份水凝胶及其制备方法与应用，由组分A、组分B和溶剂混合制备而成；组分A为邻苯二甲醛类分子修饰的可降解高分子衍生物；组分B为含伯胺、联胺、酰肼、羟胺、巯基其中一种或多种基团的水溶性小分子、水溶性合成高分子或多糖，且含有的基团数量不少于2。本发明通过在组分A高分子骨架中引入可降解结构，实现对制备的水凝胶可降解性能的调控，得到具有快速降解速率的水凝胶，克服当前用于制备双组份水凝胶的常用原料要么聚乙二醇骨架难以降解，要么需引入其他可降解生物制品而带来安全性隐患的应用瓶颈。不仅如此，本发明提供的水凝胶制备方法简单，制备条件温和，制备时间可控，在生物医学领域具有非常好的应用前景。
