Abstract: A method and system for detecting a commercial transaction through physical interactions with products, the system comprising a frame that is placed within a product display unit. The frame includes a shelf, at least one camera, a weight sensor, and display screens. The system further comprises a computing device communicatively connected to the frame. The computing device is configured to detect physical interactions with items that are placed on the shelf based on data that is received from the at least one camera and the weight sensor. The computing device is further configured to determine a commercial transaction associated with physical interactions and transmit item and price data to the display screens based on machine learning of the physical interactions with items.

Abstract: A system includes a server and merchant device. The server receives product information for a product scanned by a mobile device. The server stores the product information for the product in a digital cart. The server receives a transaction request from the mobile device, determines that the product is associated with a validation requirement, and transmits a validation request to the merchant device. The server receives, from the merchant device, an indication that the validation requirement is satisfied, processes a transaction, and transmits, to the merchant device, an indication that the transaction is complete. The merchant device receives the validation request, determines that the validation requirement is satisfied, and transmits the indication that the validation requirement is satisfied to the server. The merchant device receives, from the server, the indication that the transaction is complete and displays the indication that the transaction on the display.

Abstract: Techniques are described for user account matching based on natural language utterances. In an example, a computer system receives a set of words, a voice print, and offer data about an offer based at least in part on a natural language utterance at a user device. The computer system determines a set of user accounts based at least in part on the set of words and determines, from this set, a first user account based at least in part on the voice print. The first user account is associated with a first user identifier. The computer system determines that the offer is associated with a second user account that is further associated with a second user identifier. The computer system generates associations of the user accounts with user identifiers and with the offer.

In one aspect, a method includes capturing, via a multi-camera system, a plurality of images of a user, each of the plurality of images representing the user from a unique angle; identifying, using the plurality of images, the user; detecting, throughout a facility, an item selected by the user; creating a visual model of the item to track movement of the item throughout the facility; determining, using the visual model, whether the item is selected for purchase; and detecting that the user is leaving the facility; and processing a transaction for the item when the item is selected for purchase and when the user has left the facility.

Abstract: Distributed terminals network management, systems, devices, interfaces and workflows are described. In some embodiments, the terminals may be hardware terminals, kiosks, or clients. In some embodiments, a security analysis may be performed, and security scores may be determined, for visitors requesting operations at terminals based on an operator configuration. Security scores may be determined by a provider, in communication with the operator terminals, based on aggregation of a plurality of factors, wherein each factor may be weighted. The factors may incorporate operator settings or preferences. In one embodiment, the factors include one or more facial recognition factors. The one or more facial recognition factors may be used for biometric authentication. The provider may use the security scores to determine user privileges or permissions for the operations. The provider may deliver instructions or messages to the terminals based on the determinations.
