摘要: In the present specification, disclosed is a high-strength welded joint having improved high-heat-input toughness by controlling a microstructure. The high-strength welded joint having improved high-heat-input toughness, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may include, in percent by weight (wt%), at least 0.03% but not more than 0.045% of C, at least 1.45% but not more than 1.55% of Mn, at least 0.3% but not more than 0.4% of Si, at least 0.02% but not more than 0.03% of Al, at least 1.55% but not more than 1.70% of Ni, at least 0.05% but not more than 0.07% of Cr, at least 0.05% but not more than 0.08% of Cu, at least 0.14% but not more than 0.2% of Mo, at least 0.06% but not more than 0.07% of Ti, at least 0.004% but not more than 0.005% of Nb, at least 0.035% but not more than 0.05% of O, at least 40 ppm but not more than 180 ppm of N, more than 0 ppm but not more than 80 ppm of P, more than 0 ppm but not more than 90 ppm of S, and the balance being iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities.

摘要: Provided is a submerged arc welding method that produces little fume, has good weldability, and is suitable for welding high-Mn-containing steel materials to be used in cryogenic environments. The method includes welding with a combination of a wire having a predetermined chemical composition and flux having a basicity [BL] of 1.5 to 2.4, while adjusting a welding heat input according to a groove cross-sectional area. In this way, a weld metal with high strength and excellent cryogenic impact toughness where the 0.2 % proof stress at room temperature is 400 MPa or more and an absorbed energy (vE-196) in the Charpy impact test is 28 J or more can be easily manufactured.

摘要: Provided is a nickel brazing filler metal which is capable of brazing and joining various stainless steel members at relatively low temperature, and has excellent corrosion resistance, and is used for brazing of a heat exchanger and the like.
The nickel brazing filler metal is characterized by having a melting temperature of 1000°C or less, exhibiting excellent Wettability, having corrosion resistance against acid, and containing 8.0 to 19.0 mass% of Cr, 7.0 to 10.5 mass% of P, 0.1 to 1.5 mass% of B, and 2.0 to 8.0 mass% of Cu, wherein a content of Mo is 10.0 mass% or less, a content of Si is 2.5 mass% or less, and the remainders are is Ni and unavoidable impurities. In addition, the nickel brazing filler metal may contain one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Co, Fe and Mn, where the content of Co is 5.0 mass% or less, the content of Fe is 3.0 mass% or less, the content of Mn is 3.0 mass% or less, and the total content of these elements is 8.0 mass% or less.-
