The manual transmission further comprises an output assembly (12) having a longitudinal axis (36) arranged in parallel to the longitudinal axis (20) of the drive assembly (10) and having a third working wheel (14) that can be brought into engagement with the first working wheel (4) and the second working wheel (6). The manual transmission further comprises a shifting device connected to the output assembly (12) for moving the output assembly (12) relative to the drive assembly (10), wherein the first control gear (8) is designed as a bevel gear, the first side of which directed to the first working wheel (4) has a first number of teeth and the second side of which directed to the second working wheel has a second number of teeth that is higher by a tooth number difference. A number of differential teeth corresponding to the tooth number difference that is directed from the second side of the first control gear (8) to the first side of the first control gear (8) ends in the bottom of the first control gear (8). The shifting device is equipped to displace the output assembly (12) parallel to the longitudinal axis (20) of the drive assembly (10) into at least one first shifting position and a second shifting position, wherein the third working wheel (14) is engaged with the first working wheel (4) in the first shifting position and with the second working wheel (6) in the second shifting position. Such a manual transmission can be shifted between at least two shifting positions without decelerating a drive unit, wherein a positive engagement for transmitting a torque takes place in the shifting positions.

摘要: A transmission neutralizing system for a vehicle includes a transmission control mechanism (28) movable between at least two opposed drive positions and an intermediate neutral position. The transmission control mechanism (28) has an arm and roller combination (60, 70) movable therewith and a control element (72) movable between engaged and disengaged positions. The control element (72) has an arcuate cam surface (73) to engage the roller (70) and urge the transmission control mechanism (28) toward the neutral position when the vehicle parking brake (8) is engaged. A fluid motor (76) responsive to fluid pressure in the parking brake circuit (8) moves the control element (72) to a disengaged position against the bias of a spring (84) to allow free movement of the transmission shift control mechanism (28) between the neutral and drive positions, when the vehicle parking brake (8) is disengaged.
