Owing to the functions of these products, a film connector capable of reliably carrying out the electrical connection of even the high-density terminal leads, and having an improved reliability can be obtained.

A conductive circuit pattern portion is formed on an insulating substrate film, the pattern portion being constituted by a laminate of a thin metal film pattern layer with excellent electrical properties and an easily formable printed pattern layer, and a hot-melt adhesive layer with anisotropic electrical conductivity is further formed on the circuit pattern portion, whereby it is possible to easily a flexible conductive film connector which is accurately formed with a minute conductive circuit pattern having excellent electrical characteristics. The conductive film connector has excellent electrical characteristics and makes it possible to obtain complete adhesion. Further, there is no danger that the conductive film connector will fail as a result of long use; hence, it provides a highly reliable connection.

A functional layer 37 including an inorganic antiviral agent powder and a hard coat agent is formed on one surface of a base material sheet 31 by disposing on the base material sheet the inorganic antiviral agent powder 33, and positioning the hard coat agent 34 in layer shape from over the inorganic antiviral agent powder 33. An aligning apparatus (20) can align the relative position of the droplet-delivery apparatus (10) and a mold (80) such that the droplets from the droplet-delivery apparatus (10) are caused to land in each of the recessed parts. The droplet-delivery apparatus (10) delivers a plurality of the droplets to each of the recessed parts; and the aligning apparatus aligns the relative position of the droplet-delivery apparatus and the mold such that a second droplet lands in each of the recessed parts on the center part side of a first droplet.
