Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and an associated device which make use of suction ports in order to grip balls individually and/or collectively and remove said balls from a bulk container of loose balls, such as to transfer same onto a substrate. The inventive suction port-equipped gripper is moved in relation to the loose balls in the container such that at least one ball is brought into contact with each port and any clusters of balls forming at a port are broken up by means of friction against the loose balls. According to the invention, the balls sucked up by the device are protected from the horizontal forces generated by the loose balls owing to the shape of the gripper and/or the relative positioning of the suction ports.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for reading single volume and non-reproducible identification means (100) comprising a mixture of at least two materials (110 and 120) distinguishable from each other (110 and 120), characterised in that it consists in recognising in two dimensions the internal heterogeneous structure of said identification means (100) and in isolating and demonstrating its third dimension thereby eliminating the risk of imposture. Said characteristic enables to reduce storage volume and the periods of time required for scanning, acquisition and comparison operations performed in such processes. The invention also concerns a device for implementing said method. The invention is useful for identifying and authenticating objects, living beings, transactions.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for producing electronic modules with ball connector (7) or integrated preforms capable of being soldered on a printed circuit (3) and a device for implementing said method. The invention concerns a method for producing electronic modules in the form of ball housings combining a ball grid array (7) or geometrically identical preforms for interconnecting or shielding and surface-mounted components (2) on the same surface of a substrate (1), thereby enabling said module to be directly connectable by soldering on a printed circuit (3). The balls (7) and the components (2) are transferred in one single step onto the substrate (1) by means of a gripping device adapted to the topography of the module to be produced.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device (14) for implementing a method for setting on a substrate (2) interconnecting balls or preforms (1) comprising the following phases: storing in bulk the preforms (1); seizing in ordered position the preforms (1) with an adapted gripping device (9); setting the preforms (1) on the substrate (2) with the gripping device (9). Said device (14) is characterised in that it consists of at least a matrix for storing the preforms, said matrix comprising a floor capable of acting as stop for the preforms when the matrix is being filled thereby enabling the implementation of a method whereby the passage from bulk storage to ordered storage is performed in masked time. The invention is useful for incorporating or replacing balls in substrates of electronic components.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a mini-stencil (8) with its stretching element associated to a device for using it to deposit solder cream to replace the components on an electronic card, comprising: a plane rectangular sheet (1) in flexible or metallic synthetic material provided with orifices (2) for transferring and dispensing the product; two of the sheet parallel sides are connected to rigid vertical brackets (3) and mobile in fixing position on an element stretching the sheet; the sheet two other parallel sides orthogonal to the former are extended by flexible walls (6) orthogonal to the sheet, a stretching fold (7) separating the perforated sheet and each of the walls, said fold delimiting the sheet, the wall being free in rotation about the fold; an element for using it forming an arm (20) with several strands provided with single means for blocking (22) its articulations. The stencil can be shaped and moved within 6 degrees of freedom.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a doctor blade for applying products with high degree of viscosity and thixotropic properties on a substrate varying in height, through a stencil, applied to said substrate, made up by juxtaposing one against the other at least two blades (11, 12) with different degrees of stiffness and different width whereof one, the less stiff one (12) overlaps the lower edge of the stiffer one (11), said less stiff blade (12) being in contact with the product to be applied and said stiffer blade (11) being on the opposite side.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a system (100) for declaring events relating to individuals, for recording data relating to the events in a computerised register of births, marriages and deaths, and for producing certified official documents (50), which comprises: a declaration terminal (30), configured to transmit short messages to a server (10), and identification media (40), each with a unique identification code (41) and a unique, non-reproducible authenticating element (42) paired in a register of births, marriages and deaths (11a), and a querying terminal station (12) for creating official documents (50) including a visual representation (42') of the authenticating element (42). Thus, every civil status event is recorded and produces official documents while proving in time and space that the right has not been usurped or falsified.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for verification of non-violation of the integrity of a system or the identity of an object. An authentication seal is used, comprising a physical authenticator with bubbles (3) produced by a chaotic process on the production thereof, a characteristic of which is to be always unique and non-reproducible. A representation of said identifier with bubbles is stored in the form of an image and/or digitally in a database local or remote to the address (17), for authentication of the assignment of the identifier in situ or on the object for protection. Said authenticator is provided with a physical connection (16) which permits connection to the site or object for identification. Any attack on the integrity of the seal, whether on the authenticator and/or the connection, irreversibly alters the total seal such as to render the same unreusable. Said authentication seal comprises a means for prevention of violation of the integrity of a site or the identity of an object and provides proof of an effective violation.
