The powder paint is characterized by comprising: a fluororesin (A); from 2 to 60 mass ppm relative to the fluororesin (A), of at least one metal element (B) selected from a group comprising potassium, sodium, and magnesium; from 10 to 10,000 mass ppm relative to the fluororesin (A), of a light stabilizer (C); and from 10 to 5,000 mass ppm relative to the fluororesin (A), of a polymerization inhibitor (D).

To provide a fluorinated resin composition which is capable of forming a resin film excellent in moist heat resistance and solar reflectance. The fluorinated resin composition comprises composite particles, a fluorinated polymer and a liquid medium, wherein the composite particles are a composite having a part or whole of the surface of aluminum particles coated with at least one member selected from the group consisting of an acrylic resin and silica; the total coating amount of the acrylic resin and silica is from 6 to 25 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aluminum particles; and the water surface diffusion area is from 14,000 to 27,000 cm 2 /g.

A coating material composition include a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin, a fluororesin, and light diffusive particles, and the hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin has a weight-average molecular weight in a range of 10,000 to 30,000 and a hydroxyl value in a range of 14 to 70, wherein a mass ratio of the fluororesin to the hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin (the fluororesin/the hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin) is in a range of 5/95 to 50/50. The coating material composition can provide the light diffusing properties capable of uniformly diffusing light while effectively masking a light source image.

Described are compositions comprising a fluorine and silicon containing polymer and optionally a fluorine containing polymer, with a reactive diluent and optionally non-reactive oligomeric additives, crosslinkers, or inorganic particles, which upon curing provides coatings with a good balance of adhesion, mechanical properties, scratch resistance, low surface energy, repellency, and transparency. The compositions are useful as a topcoat, particularly in optical applications.
