The propylene impact copolymer (ICP) in the core layer includes a matrix and a dispersed phase. The matrix comprises a polypropylene homopolymer or a propylene/alpha-olefin random copolymer which includes greater than 50 wt. % of units derived from propylene monomer. The dispersed phase includes a copolymer of ethylene and a C3-C8 α-olefin. The ICP has a first melting point being greater than 100° C. (e.g., in the range of from 100° C. to 130° C.) and a second melting point. The polymer sheet can also include a second additional layer containing a second polymer composition.

The method comprises a spraying step for forming a resin layer by spraying liquid resin with a differential electrical potential relative to the mold into a mold capable of separation into two or more parts from a spray fixture inserted from an opening portion in said mold; a solidifying step for solidifying the resin layer; a mold parting step for opening the mold relative to the spray fixture and parting the solidified resin layer from the mold while it is held in the spray fixture; and a removal step for removing from the spray fixture the resin layer held in the spray fixture.

Process for manufacturing a plastic hollow body by moulding two sheets of molten plastic in a mould comprising two cavities, said process comprising the following steps: a) two molten plastic sheets are manufactured by extrusion of at least one stream of molten plastic and transverse cutting thereof; b) these sheets are introduced between the mould cavities; c) the mould is closed and the hollow body is manufactured by conforming the two sheets to the mould cavities; d) the hollow body thus obtained is removed from the mould; e) all of operations a) to d) are repeated in order to manufacture another hollow body from two new sheets, characterized in that: before, during or after the transverse cutting operation, the lower portion of the two new sheets is cooled using a specific device that makes possible a local cooling of the sheets in said lower portion.
