A cloth bonding apparatus comprises a nozzle (17), a feeding portion (22,25) and a pressing portion (22,25). The nozzle (17) includes a discharge port (86) for discharging an adhesive. The feeding portion (22,25) feeds a cloth (152) in a first direction (401) relative to the nozzle (17). The pressing portion (22,25) is present in the first direction (401) relative to the nozzle (17), and presses an adhesive-applied adhesion portion (431) in the cloth. The cloth bonding apparatus starts or stops a processing of discharging an adhesive from the discharge port (86) toward the cloth (S33, S36). When the processing of discharging the adhesive is stopped, the cloth bonding apparatus outputs an instruction to the feeding portion (22,25) thereby to feed the cloth in the first direction up to the position where the pressing portion (22,25) presses a terminal portion (432) of the adhesion portion (431) (S37,S38). The cloth bonding apparatus can prevent partial drop of the bonding strength.

The system includes an adhesive dispensing module for individually applying adhesive to the elastic strands. A heated strand guide located downstream of the dispensing module includes guide openings for the respective elastic strands. A drive mechanism coupled to the strand guide actuates movement of the strand guide in a direction transverse to the movement direction of the substrate, thereby causing the elastic strands to be applied to the substrate along the predetermined non-linear path.

The fastener means (1) are made of an electrically conductive material, and a primer layer (2) is arranged on a surface of the fastener means (1) and is bonded by means of a first hardening. A material weldable by high-frequency welding is arranged on top of said primer layer and is bonded thereto by means of a second hardening for building up a connecting layer (3). The invention also relates to anchoring parts (5) for use for that purpose.

The ultrasonic melting occurs upstream of the location where the pile (26) is welded to the backing (24) so that the ultrasonically pre-heated melted region (65) of the pile (26) can cool and become at least partially solidified. Then pile (26) at the pre-heated melted region (65) is welded to the backing (24) and causes a reactive or chemical weld to occur, thereby attaching the pile (26) to the backing (24).
