This invention relates to an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, including a) 100 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer containing a hydroxy group without a carboxyl group; b) 0.01~10 parts by weight of a cross-linkging agent; and c) 0.01~5 parts by weight of a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane copolymer having HLB of 4~13 and having the structure of Formula 1, and to an adhesive sheet formed thereby. The polyalkylene carbonate-based resin film according to the present invention has biodegradability and complete combustion decomposability to show environment-friendly feature and rubber-like properties. Therefore, the resin film can be applied to various resin molded products requiring elasticity, and in particular, preferably applied to resin molded products such as disposable groves, disposable containers, and disposable rubber molded products.

The die attach film can prevent generation of burrs or scattering of chips in a dicing process, and exhibits excellent expandability and pick-up characteristics in a die pressure-sensitive adhesive process. Further, the die attach film can prevent release, shifting, or deflection of a chip in a wire pressure-sensitive adhesive or molding process. Thus, it is possible to improve embeddability, inhibit warpage of a wafer or wiring substrate, and enhance productivity in a semiconductor packaging process.

The present invention relates to a production method of polyalkylene carbonate particles capable of precipitating and separating resin particles from a polyalkylene carbonate suspension obtained through polymerization of an epoxide and carbon dioxide. According to the present invention, the production method is capable of obtaining a polyalkylene carbonate resin having excellent workability with a high yield and a low energy cost while reducing a scale of a facility, a processing time, and a wastewater amount, as compared to conventional methods such as a flash separation method.
