    摘要: In a printer in which a printing material is printed on and applied to an object surface via a printing screen mask provided with an opening of a predetermined pattern, cream solder remaining in the opening of the screen mask is removed reliably. A flow rate of the air in an air suction mechanism (19) can be controlled by a flow rate controller (20). After an air sucker (15) has moved up, so that an upper end thereof has contacted the screen mask (5), the sucking of the air is started with respect to the opening (6) of the screen mask (5), whereby a cleaning operation is carried out. The residual cream solder (4) in the opening (6) is examined by an inspection camera (2) after the completion of this cleaning operation, and a cleaning operation is carried out again with the flow rate of the suction air controlled in accordance with the results of the examination.

    摘要: In a printing device in which a printing material is printed on or applied to a to-be-printed surface of a circuit board through a screen mask for printing having openings formed therein in a predetermined pattern, it is intended to reliably remove cream solder remaining in the openings in the screen mask. After an air suction mechanism (19) has its flow rate controlled by a flow rate controller (20). An air suction section (15) is lifted until its front end contacts with the screen mask (5), the air suction mechanism (19) starts cleaning by sucking air from the openings (6) in the screen mask (5). An inspecting camera (2) is used to observe the cream solder (4) remaining in the openings (6) after cleaning, and the air suction flow rate is controlled according to the results thereof to effect cleaning again.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a screen printing method that can inhibit a screen from behaving as if it is snapped when a forward and a return squeegees are switched, thereby preventing the printing quality from being degraded. According to the present invention, a forward squeegee 2a and a return squeegee 2b include a forward squeegee actuator 6a and a return squeegee actuator 6b respectively, and the return squeegee 2b lowers from its standby position located above a screen 1 and abuts it. Then, the forward squeegee 2a is elevated, and the squeegee 2b is used to perform printing, thereby precluding the screen from behaving as if it is snapped when the squeegees are switched. As a result, the quality of printed shapes obtained by reciprocal printing is improved.

By performing AM detection of an AM modulation signal output from the above-mentioned electrode terminals, an impedance change of the conductive nonmagnetic film which is changed by external magnetic field is detected as a change of the high frequency carrier signal, thereby the external magnetic field can be detected.
