A method and device for carrying out the deposition of a viscous and/or pasty product on a substrate (1) through the apertures (3) of a stencil are provided. A hollow receptacle (7) for the product is provided with a lower aperture (19) which is orientated towards the stencil. The lower aperture (19) of the receptacle is delimited such that its length is adjusted to the dimensions of the substrate and that its width is a function of the speed of execution of the screen printing. This delimitation is implemented by sealing members (15, 16) preferably comprising two wipers (15) on respective sides of the aperture, transverse with respect to the direction of displacement of the receptacle, orientated one towards the other and inclined with respect to the horizontal between the wipers at an angle of between 120° and 180°, said wipers being transversal and intersecting with the section of the receptacle. A pressure is exerted upon the viscous product in the receptacle, which pushes it towards the stencil between the wipers to distribute it, and upon the wipers, applying pressure to these in order to push the wipers onto the stencil. The receptacle is displaced across the stencil at the same time as the pressure is being exerted on the product. The invention can be applied in the electronics industry for carrying out depositions of adhesive or soldering paste.

The invention concerns a method for reading single volume and non-reproducible identification means (100) comprising a mixture of at least two materials (110 and 120) distinguishable from each other (110 and 120), characterised in that it consists in recognising in two dimensions the internal heterogeneous structure of said identification means (100) and in isolating and demonstrating its third dimension thereby eliminating the risk of imposture. Said characteristic enables to reduce storage volume and the periods of time required for scanning, acquisition and comparison operations performed in such processes. The invention also concerns a device for implementing said method. The invention is useful for identifying and authenticating objects, living beings, transactions.

The invention concerns a device for collectively filling blind cavities in controlled and efficient manner. It consists of a mobile body (1) in sealed contact relative to the surface comprising the orifices of the cavities. The body (1) includes two slots, the first of which (2) is spaced apart in sealed manner both from outside the device and from the second slot (5), by a distance, measured parallel to the displacement of the device, greater than the dimension of the largest orifice. The first slot to encounter the orifices during displacement is connected to a vacuum chamber (3) and the second slot to encounter the orifices is connected to a tank (6) containing the product (7) to be transferred.

The invention concerns a capillary doctor blade with surface injection for liquid product (4) screen printing with viscous liquids on a substrate (1) through the orifices of a silkscreen (2). Said self-contained element is adaptable on direct transfer devices comprising a reservoir capable of being pressurised with a length corresponding to the substrate to be screen printed. The surface injection doctor blade comprises an elastically deformable capillary element (16) in contact with the silkscreen (2), preventing the product natural flow (4) when it is not subjected to the pressure (F2) and which allows a product flow matching the application requirements when the product is under pressure. Scraping lips (6a and 6b) oppositely inclined ensure that the device is sealed at the front and at the rear of the injection surface (10) while the ends are sealed by sealing foam blocks. The invention also concerns a work method for said surface injection capillary doctor blade.
