    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Bestrahlung einer Zielstruktur (7), die sich innerhalb von menschlicher oder tierischer Haut (11) oder Gewebe befindet. Die Bestrahlungsvorrichtung (1) verfügt über wenigstens eine Laserlichtquelle (2) und zumindest ein Lichtlenkmittel (3), die derart ausgeführt sind, dass Laserstrahlung über unterschiedliche Strahlengänge in die Zielstruktur (7) gelangt und aufgrund eines Energieeintrags in die Zielstruktur (7) zumindest bereichsweise eine Eigenschaftsveränderung der Zielstruktur (7) erfolgt.
    Die beschriebene technische Lösung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine Steuerung (4) vorgesehen ist, so dass die Eigenschaftsveränderung gezielt in einem Bereich (8) mit räumlicher Ausdehnung realisierbar ist.

    摘要: Minimally invasive methods and devices for endoluminally treating female fallopian tubes or male vas deferens of mammals are presented as a permanent method of contraception. In preferred embodiments, medical devices for male and female sterilization comprise laser radiation source operating at one or more preselected wavelengths between about 980nm and about 1950nm, preferably at least one of 980nm, 1470nm and 1950nm; treatment waveguide with a radial or cylindrical radiation emitting tip; viewing scope; and a temperature sensor. In another preferred embodiment, a minimally-invasive permanent contraception method for males and females comprises the steps of introducing at least one treatment waveguide in a body cavity; positioning the treatment waveguide inside a body cavity; irradiating; and repeating the procedure in companion body cavity to inhibit fertilization. In another embodiment, fluids are infused and/or extracted after, before or during the procedure to enhance laser energy absorption and enhance efficiency of laser treatment.

    摘要: The laser light irradiating apparatus of the present invention is adapted to irradiate the surface of the living body tissue, such as the blotch of the skin or the inside of the tissue with laser light from laser light supplying means. The apparatus comprises laser light transmitting member having a rear end to which the laser light from said laser light supplying means is incident and a front end from which the laser light is emitted; holding means for holding said laser light transmitting member; turning means for moving the front end portion of the laser light transmitting member having at least its front end substantially along a turning locus around a turning center axis within said holding means; and a reflector cylinder for reflecting laser light on its inner surface which is mounted on said holding means coaxially with said turning center axis and is disposed in front of at least said front end of said laser light transmitting member for reflecting part of the laser light emitted from said front end of said laser light transmitting member on its inner surface so that the reflected light is incident upon said tissue.
