摘要: Systems and methods for determining position and orientation of a bone of an anatomical feature are described. These include the use of a wearable holder configured to be mounted about an outer-skin surface of the anatomical feature, such that the anatomical feature and the bone are positioned in fixed relation with respect to the wearable holder when the wearable holder is mounted about the anatomical feature. Reference marker arrays are fixedly mounted to the wearable holder, each being positioned on the wearable holder to identify a landmark of the bone within the wearable holder when the wearable holder is mounted to the anatomical feature. The position and orientation of the reference markers are trackable to determine position and orientation of the wearable holder in a reference coordinate system, thereby enabling position and orientation of the landmarks on the bone to be determined.

摘要: A data acquisition device includes measuring instruments to generate physiological and/or psychological data streams. Microprocessors within the acquisition device process the generated data streams into metrics, which feed into stress function algorithms. Algorithm processing may occur either on the device, or metrics may be communicated via wireless communication for external processing on mobile devices and/or cloud-based platforms. The calculated stress functions inform cloud-based computational systems biology-derived models describing the dynamics of hormones and neurotransmitters released in the body in response to stressful stimuli. Stress hormone levels are quantified using these models, and are used in combination to serve as biologically inspired metrics of acute and chronic stress an individual is experiencing.

An apparatus includes an electrosurgery unit (ESU) signal detection circuit, a compensation switch, and an ESU filter switch. A neutral drive feedback loop circuit is configured to compensate for a phase change characteristic of an ESU filter circuit.

摘要: The present disclosure describes devices, methods and systems for modifying or altering gait kinematics via sensory augmentation and/or modifying muscle activation patterns via augmented motor learning to slow the progression of and/or reduce the pain associated with knee OA, particularly during gait (e.g., walking, running, stair climbing, etc.). Sensors can be used to measure gait parameters and characteristics and muscle activation patterns. 摘要: A portable, wearable multi-component measurement and analysis device can be utilized for collecting and analyzing bio-mechanical and human gait analysis data while performing any physical activity. This device may be constructed with one or more sensors that are placed on the various localities of human body to collect bio-mechanical data. This data may be transmitted over a network to a server, where it is analyzed, and feedback may be provided in real time on the bio-mechanical and gait parameters experienced by the user's body while performing any particular activity. The device further may allow specialists and experts located anywhere in the world to analyze this real time data and give feedback.
