A movable element (12) with an axial channel (13) is mounted inside the casing and is capable of taking two positions, in the first of which it closes the additional opening (14), whereas the opening (10) is connected to the opening (11) through the channel (13), and in the second of which it opens the opening (14), whereas the outlet opening (11) is connected to the tank (2) through the opening (14).
