SOLUTION: The anti-fogging sheet is constituted by laminating a first layer and a second layer on a substrate, in that order. The first layer is configured from the product obtained by heat-treating a first coating composition, which contains a water-absorbent resin. The second layer is configured from the product obtained by heat-treating a second coating composition, which contains a polyol. The water-absorbent resin preferably contains a polyvinyl alcohol and a polyacrylic acids. The polyol preferably contains polyethylene glycol. At least one of the first coating composition and the second coating composition preferably contains at least one compound selected from metal alkoxides, metal alkoxide hydrolysates, and metal alkoxide hydrolytic polycondensates.     摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film wherein a semiconductor chip having a die-adhering layer can be easily peeled from a self-adhesive sheet while preventing contamination of the die-adhering layer in a pickup step. SOLUTION: The laminated film including a die-adhering layer laminated on a self-adhesive layer of a self-adhesive sheet is used in a manufacturing step of a semiconductor device, wherein the self-adhesive layer of the self-adhesive sheet contains a component for adjusting peeling strength which can reduce self-adhesive force between the self-adhesive sheet and the die-adhering layer upon heating. At least one component for adjusting peeling strength selected from silicone-based peeling agents, long chain alkyl-based peeling agents, and plasticizers are preferred. The component for adjusting peeling strength may be included in the self-adhesive layer in the state or form being enclosed in heat-melt type microcapsules or in the state or form of powders or fine particles.
