Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiadhesive agent capable of preventing adhesion with a wound surface, and a wound covering material which has high liquid passing property and prevents adhesion with a wound surface, suitable for use in various traumatotherapy such as burn therapy and bedsore therapy and as a protective material after surgery.SOLUTION: A polymer represented by the following general formula I is used as the antiadhesive agent. The wound covering material includes a porous substrate coated with the antiadhesive agent. In the general formula I, Rrepresents a hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 1 to 15, m represents an integer in the range of 20 to 200, and n represents an integer in the range of 200 to 1000.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a polyamic acid containing ultrafine metal particles, which contains the steps of contacting an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble metal compound with fine polyamic acid particles to adsorb metal ions to the fine polyamic acid particles, and then performing a reduction treatment; and a conductive adhesive which contains as an active ingredient the polyamic acid containing ultrafine metal particles. The conductive adhesive of the present invention has excellent performance which enables the adhesive to be used as an alternative to high-temperature lead solders.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-placeable object detection system capable of detecting accurately an object and a passing direction thereof. SOLUTION: This object detection system 1 includes: two sensor units 15 arranged across a passage which include two scan type laser sensors 51 arranged at a prescribed interval along the passage, for emitting laser for scanning the passage in the crossing direction at a prescribed angle width; a data acquisition part 11 for acquiring the number of objects and a detection time detected from output from the two scan type laser sensors 51 included in one of the two sensor units 15, and the number of objects and a detection time detected from output from the two scan type laser sensors 51 included in the other thereof; and a detection part 12 for determining the number of objects and the passing direction detected by a sensor unit 15a, determining the number of objects and the passing direction detected by a sensor unit 15b, and deciding the detected number of objects and passing direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a compound improving nucleic acid synthesis efficiency in a method for synthesizing the nucleic acid, including a PCR method (a polymerase chain reaction method) in relation to a method for modifying the nucleic acid, the method for synthesizing the nucleic acid, and a method for efficiently producing the compound using the composition. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a betaine which has zwitterions of at least one or more sets of cations and anions in the molecule and has (a) at least a ≥3C spacer length between the cations and the anions, and/or (b) a ≥2C substituent of an ammonium group. The synthesis in a DNA region which has hitherto been difficult is facilitated by lowering the melting temperature of the DNA region with a high GC (guanine-cytosine) content according to the composition. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new enzyme for phosphorylating 22 position of ecdysteroid and its gene and to provide a method or the like for simply and inexpensively producing a phosphoric acid conjugate of the ecdysteroid by using the enzyme. SOLUTION: The inventors elucidated that ecdysteroid-22-phosphorylated enzyme is isolated and refined from ovary of a silkworm pupa by using column chromatography and ecdysteroid is practically phosphorylated by using the enzyme and ecdysteroid-22-phosphoric acid can be synthesized thereby. Furthermore, the inventors determined gene sequence (base sequence of cDNA) encoding the enzyme and whole amino acid sequence of the protein. The enzyme of the present invention is utilized for control of insect pests by inactivating ecdysis hormone and the enzyme enables production of various useful ecdysteroid phosphoric acid conjugates utilized as reagents for researches and further enables utilization to development, etc., of medicines and cosmetics.
