Abstract:
A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 comprising a base material 11 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 has formed therein a plurality of through holes 2 passing through from one surface to the other surface thereof. The through holes 2 have a diameter in a range of 0.1 to 300 µm, and a hole density in a range of 30 to 50, 000 per 100 cm 2 . Moreover, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 has a storage modulus at T max (the maximum temperature to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 may be exposed after having been stuck onto an adherend) of not less than 4.5×10 3 Pa, and a loss tangent at T max of not more than 0.78. According to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1, air entrapment and blistering can be prevented or eliminated while securing adequate adhesive strength and with no marring of the appearance, and furthermore air escaping ability is excellent even after being exposed to high temperature after having been stuck onto the adherend.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous net material capable of finely regulating its opening ratio for finely regulating screening effect and sound releasing properties. SOLUTION: The porous net material is formed of a porous heat bonding sheet wherein one face of a base material B having fine through-holes is laminated with a hot melt adhesive film F. The through-holes in the base material B are formed in the shape of a grating. In the hot melt adhesive film F, through-holes are formed by cross-linking an adhesive material across the through-holes of the base material B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film adhesive capable of improving its feeding precision, and to provide a transporting method for the same. SOLUTION: An ACF reel 10 consists of an ACF part 1 and a separator part 3 laid on one face of the ACF part 1. The ACF reel 10 also comprises a perforation hole 5 for feeding the ACF reel 10 in the longitudinal direction. According to such a constitution, it is possible to feed the ACF reel 10 in the longitudinal direction, by inserting a pin into the perforation hole 5 and moving the pin. The positional deviation and slippage of the ACF reel 10 can be prevented, because pin is inserted into the perforation hole 5 during feeding the ACF reel 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive unit for an emblem eliminating labor and man-hours to individually handle each double-faced adhesive piece such as a pattern and a character like a conventional case and dramatically facilitating transfer and adhesion work to the emblem. SOLUTION: In the adhesive unit for the emblem, a mold releasing film is adhered to one-side faces of double-faced adhesive pieces having shapes corresponding to that of an emblem piece so that a mutual positional relationship of the double-faced adhesive pieces is maintained. Another mold releasing film is also adhered to other faces of the double-faced adhesive pieces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of machining extremely thin semiconductor wafers or materials without any defects, such as a chipping occurring when separating a chip, an IC component, or the like, by improving and stabilizing permeability in liquid caused by a liquid flow in water jet laser dicing. SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet for water jet laser dicing, an adhesive layer is laminated on a base material film made of mesh formed by fiber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which prevents or eliminates air entrapments or blisters and has through-holes formed by heat processing without spoiling the appearance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 is composed of a substrate 11 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 and has a plurality of through-holes 2 passing through from one side to the other formed by heat processing. The substrate 11 has a temperature of thermal decomposition peak of ≤450°C at which the rate of weight loss of the substrate 11 becomes largest, when it is heated in a nitrogen environment at an ascending rate of temperature of 20°C/min. The difference in temperature between the peak of heat decomposition and the peak of melting is ≤250°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive tape or sheet excellent in reworking property and operability in correction of a pasted position, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive tape or sheet comprises a support and, formed on at least one face thereof, a self-adhesive layer, where the surface of the self-adhesive layer on at least one face of the support partially has a fibrous projecting structure part. Preferably, the fibrous projecting structure part comprises a napped fiber part having a structure where the fiber rises from the surface of the self-adhesive layer. The self-adhesive tape or sheet is useful as one for pasting a flooring material. The manufacturing method of the self-adhesive tape or sheet comprises flocking the surface of the self-adhesive layer on at least one face of the support by means of a flocking processing method thereby to partially form the fibrous projecting structure part on the surface of the self-adhesive layer.
