    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrathin elastic sheet having high strengths, which excels in appearance, surface smoothness and touch and, even if it deteriorates, is freed from the fear of generating rubber refuses.
    SOLUTION: The ultrathin elastic sheet is formed of an elastomer composite wherein pores of a porous film (film made of an oriented porous polytetrafluoroetheylene) is filled with an elastomer. The thickness of the elastomer layer covering the surface of this porous film is ≤1 μm. As the elastomer usable are silicone type elastomers (methylsilicone type elastomers, phenylsilicone type elastomers, etc.), fluorine type elastomers (fluorosilicone elastomers, fluoroelastomers, perfluoroelastomers, etc.) and the like. It is recommended that the surface of the porous film is partly exposed. It is possible to make the thickness of the ultrathin elastic sheet 50 μm or thinner.
