摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a binding reagent useful for an immunoassay, especially for an assay of cobalamin (vitamin B12) by using a specific compound containing a disuccinimidyl compound. SOLUTION: This invention uses a binding reagent comprising a compound of formula I [Z and Z' are each a group of formula II, H2NHN, a group of formula III of formula IV; (k), (m) and (n) are each 1-10; X is an alkylene, a cycloalkylene, a bifunctional aromatic group, amino or the like; (x) is 1-10; and R and R' are each a (substituted) aminoalkylene]}. The reagent can be used for binding an antibody, a cell, an enzyme, a coenzyme, a protein, hapten or a small molecule to an enzyme, a coenzyme, an antibody, a protein, a polymer or liposome. Among the reagents, especially a disuccinimidyl compound can increase an immunoassay of vitamin B12 for a vitamin B12 deficiency test important for correctly exhibiting the reason of anemia.
