    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resist composition excellent in lithographic characteristics and a pattern profile, a method for forming a resist pattern using the resist composition, a novel compound useful as an acid generator for the resist composition, and an acid generator.SOLUTION: The resist composition includes: a base component (A) the solubility of which with a developing solution changes by an action of an acid; and an acid generator component (B) which generates an acid by exposure, the acid generator component (B) including an acid generator (B1) having a group expressed by the formula (b1-1) in a cationic moiety. In the formula, R' represents a 1-6C alkyl group, 1-6C alkoxy group, 1-6C halogenated alkyl group, halogen atom, hydroxy group, -COOR", -OC(=O)R", hydroxyalkyl group or cyano group, R" represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and p represents an integer of 0 to 4.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method whereby moxidectin is purified at a high cost efficiency without needing so long time and a high-purity final product is yielded.
    SOLUTION: A purification method for moxidectin comprises as follows: (a) moxidectin is dissolved in a first solvent to prepare a moxidectin solution; (b) the solution is concentrated at about 50°C or lower and then cooled to a temperature within a range of about 40-30°C; (c) a second solvent is added to the moxidectin solution; then, (d) the solution is stirred while the temperature is lowered into a range of about 30-10°C so as to precipitate moxidectin crystals from the moxidectin solution; (e) the crystals are filtered off from the solution; and (f) the crystals are dried.
