    摘要: A low temperature deposition device according to the present invention includes: a thermal deposition source unit spraying a deposition beam; a differential pumping unit connected to the thermal deposition source unit and passing the deposition beam; and a cooling gas inlet connected to the differential pumping unit and inserting a cooling gas inside the differential pumping unit to cool the deposition beam. According to the present invention, the inorganic deposition beam of low temperature is deposited on the substrate to form the inorganic metal layer of low temperature so that the damage to the organic layer may be minimized when forming the inorganic metal layer of low temperature on the organic layer.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for displaying information about the use of a hack tool in the online game. When a game IDentification (ID) is input, a client system accesses a security server, and requests and receives the number of times that one or more hack tools have been used for the game ID. The client system provides the game ID and the number of times that hack tools have been used to a game server so that the number of times that hack tools have been used is shared by one or more gamers who participate in the game provided by the game server. When the client system detects the use of a hack tool, the client system increases the number of times that hack tools have been used for the game ID by 1, and provides the number of times that hack tools have been used to the security server.

    摘要: A multicomponent carbon nanotube-polymer complex, a composition for forming the same, and a preparation method thereof are disclosed herein. A multicomponent carbon nanotube-polymer complex may include carbon nanotubes surface-modified with double bond-containing functional groups or carbon nanotubes surface-modified with oxirane groups and/or carbon nanotubes surface-modified with anhydride groups; a polymer binder; and/or acid-treated carbon nanotubes and/or pristine carbon nanotubes. The multicomponent carbon nanotube-polymer complex may exhibit remarkably improved mechanical and hardening properties, compared with conventional complexes using only carbon nanotubes and a polymer binder, and thus may be advantageously used as an electromagnetic wave shielding material and a conductive material.
