摘要: An inexpensive bonding method is provided to bond materials constituted of an aluminum-based metal to each other at a low temperature and a low pressure while inhibiting deformation, without requiring the use of a flux and minimizing the influence on the base materials and the periphery. Also provided are various bonded parts obtained by the bonding method. An insert material comprising Zn as an element that undergoes a eutectic reaction with Al is interposed between two materials constituted of an aluminum-based metal. The two materials are heated, while being pressed against each other, to a temperature at which the eutectic reaction takes place, thereby generating, at the bonding interface between the two materials, a melt due to the eutectic reaction with some of the Al contained in the base materials and discharging the Al oxide films from the bonding interface together with the melt. Thus, the two materials are bonded.

摘要: A terminal connector with an electric wire includes a bottom portion, a wall, a plurality of connection pieces, and an auxiliary wall. An end portion of the electric wire is placed on and connected to the bottom portion. The electric wire includes a core wire exposed at the end portion. The wall is provided continuously from the bottom portion and integrally rises from one side of the bottom portion extending to another side. One of the connection pieces extends from one end of the bottom portion and another one of the connection pieces extends from one end of the wall and the connection pieces are contacted and connected to an opposing terminal connector. The auxiliary wall is provided continuously from another end of the wall that is opposite from the one end from which the connection piece extends. The auxiliary wall extends downwardly to the bottom portion.

摘要: A method of molding a part, such as throttle valve and a throttle body, of a throttle device includes resin-molding the part by an injection molding process using a molding die. The molding die has a mold cavity having a cavity portion for molding a base that may protrude from the resin part. The cavity portion for molding the base communicates with an injection gate, from which molten resin is injected into the mold cavity. The configuration of at least one of the base and the injection gate is determined such that a projection formed at the injection gate can be removed without substantially damaging the resin part.

摘要: The present invention provides a ground terminal fitting capable of being fixed to a ground member through a simple operation while permitting production cost to be reduced, and a ground device having the ground terminal fitting. The ground terminal fitting comprises a terminal body surrounding a through-hole, a clamping piece having a rising portion rising from an outer peripheral edge of the terminal body and a distal end portion extending inwardly from the rising portion along the terminal body, and a clampable piece located adjacent to the clamping piece in a circumferential direction of the terminal body. The clamping piece is adapted to clamp, when the ground terminal fitting is superimposed on a second ground terminal fitting, a clampable piece of the second ground terminal fitting to prevent a relative displacement between the ground terminal fittings. The distal end portion is adapted to contact the ground member penetrating through the through hole to prevent a relative rotation of the ground terminal fitting with respect to the ground member.
